The welcoming lady is most helpful. She asked what the cab from the airport had charged, and when I told her that it had been $97 she said that it should only have been $85. She organised a refund for us and I am grateful and impressed. The apartment was spacious and essentially very comfortable. The position is handy to...

Great place to stay very central rooms have everything you need plus more. Parking is limited but seemed to get one every night. The only place I would stay in Dunedin, The one bedroom apartment is fantastic and there is a terrace which is undercover which s fortunate cause it rained a bit. The restaurants you can charge back are...

What a fabulous find! We stayed in the Baldwin Suite and it was like we had our own apartment for the week. Clean, modern, fun, in the heart of everything (just a walk back off the alley). We didn't even need a car as public transport and the "ten toe express" (walking) got us everywhere we wanted to go. Washer/dryer...

The motel is tucked away but don't let that put you off! The staff are wonderfully helpful. I arrived after midnight, in the snow after a delayed flight but they had made arrangements for the key to be available regardless. Lovely rooms, super comfortable, clean and roomy. Parking is safe and off-street. The motel is in a great place for...

A bit hard to find tucked in through a small alleyway but gracious manager was a big help and the room was lovely. Inexpensive continental breakfast and a warm room. Not many hotels were warm. Just a stones throw from shops, cafes, bars, and historic buildings.

Stayed here for one night but could have stayed much longer. Lovely, light, clean, modern apartment with everything you need - and more. Love the fact that a wonderful array of cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are literally on your doorstep - yet inside the apartment, it's quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough...

Stayed for 3 nights for work, clean apartment, nice little kitchen which made cooking easy, bed was comfortable and lovely shower. It is located Right in the middle of town, very convenient and I could walk everywhere. Despite being in the city it was very quiet. If I am ever back in Dunedin I would come back here!

Great new hotel near the centre of Dunedin CBD. Tastefully converted from an office block (I think) they have done a good job. Good heating, fast internet (1Gb per day), comfortable bed and handy to the northern end of the CBD. Definitely a good option and I will stay here again.
