We stayed in an Executive Studio Suite and the Room itself was great. It's very close to the absolute centre of the City, only about 10 minutes walk to the Octagon, and there are several excellent cafes within a couple of minutes walk. The central location does mean that there can be some noise at night, especially as the large...

Super close to everything in the city. Clean and comfortable. Nice pillows! Friendly service, free hit of wifi. Will return with confidence. Only a few steps from where I needed to go. Great shopping around.

This is a great motel in a very central location. The room and bathroom were very spacious with a settee and balcony. Very comfortable bed and very clean. There is loads if off street parking which is invaluable when located on the main street. One of the best in Dunedin.

Stayed here for overnight on a work trip through Dunedin. After struggling to find the address, which was up an alleyway, I was checked in by Dee, who was extremely helpful. I stayed on level 3, and the room was awesome, big king size bed, kitchenette, couch, tv with sky, balcony, good dark block out curtains and a grand bathroom,...

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of our quiet and well appointed executive studio room. The location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to be, including the Otego Museum, the Octagon and the Railway Station. We were also near really nice restaurants, which was a real plus at the beginning or the end of the day.

We stayed in the apartments of the back of the main complex. They are well appointed and clean. Personally I would like the concrete block interior wall painted rather than a exposed grey concrete. However, the location is hard to beat given the fact you can walk almost everywhere in terms of the shopping area within 10 minutes. Lovely people...

If you want an inner city location - especially if you are in Dunedin for shopping this is the place to stay. It is a very short walk from the Meridian Mall - a bonus if in Dunedin in December for Christmas shopping. There is a new Asian restaurant located opposite Euro where you can either dine in or take...

Our apartment was a great base for a couple of days in Dunedin, and was so well equipped, with a good kitchen and laundry facilities, that we wished we'd been staying longer. Jan the manager was very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are well located just a short walk from the Octagon, shops, and the train station. We would...

We were very happy with our stay at 315 euro motel! It's close to everything in Dunedin, the kitchenette was well stocked, service was friendly and efficient. Good beds, great shower, clean and modern decor but still cozy. We spent Christmas Eve here. :) Definitely recommend.

Accommodation was modern, comfortable and very clean. There was off street parking available. 315 Euro is close to the city centre and everything was in easy walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here should we return to Dunedin.
