I was pleasantly surprised with the size of our quiet and well appointed executive studio room. The location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to be, including the Otego Museum, the Octagon and the Railway Station. We were also near really nice restaurants, which was a real plus at the beginning or the end of the day.

We stayed in the apartments of the back of the main complex. They are well appointed and clean. Personally I would like the concrete block interior wall painted rather than a exposed grey concrete. However, the location is hard to beat given the fact you can walk almost everywhere in terms of the shopping area within 10 minutes. Lovely people...

If you want an inner city location - especially if you are in Dunedin for shopping this is the place to stay. It is a very short walk from the Meridian Mall - a bonus if in Dunedin in December for Christmas shopping. There is a new Asian restaurant located opposite Euro where you can either dine in or take...

Our apartment was a great base for a couple of days in Dunedin, and was so well equipped, with a good kitchen and laundry facilities, that we wished we'd been staying longer. Jan the manager was very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are well located just a short walk from the Octagon, shops, and the train station. We would...

We were very happy with our stay at 315 euro motel! It's close to everything in Dunedin, the kitchenette was well stocked, service was friendly and efficient. Good beds, great shower, clean and modern decor but still cozy. We spent Christmas Eve here. :) Definitely recommend.

Accommodation was modern, comfortable and very clean. There was off street parking available. 315 Euro is close to the city centre and everything was in easy walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here should we return to Dunedin.

The welcoming lady is most helpful. She asked what the cab from the airport had charged, and when I told her that it had been $97 she said that it should only have been $85. She organised a refund for us and I am grateful and impressed. The apartment was spacious and essentially very comfortable. The position is handy to...

Great place to stay very central rooms have everything you need plus more. Parking is limited but seemed to get one every night. The only place I would stay in Dunedin, The one bedroom apartment is fantastic and there is a terrace which is undercover which s fortunate cause it rained a bit. The restaurants you can charge back are...

What a fabulous find! We stayed in the Baldwin Suite and it was like we had our own apartment for the week. Clean, modern, fun, in the heart of everything (just a walk back off the alley). We didn't even need a car as public transport and the "ten toe express" (walking) got us everywhere we wanted to go. Washer/dryer...
