Very standard hotel room with only a kettle and coffee mugs. We still enjoyed our stay. Large room. Comfortable size bath tub. Bowling and play centre on the property convenient. Not a large variety of TV channels. Clean. Conveniently close to town.

Excellent experience! We'll definitely come back here. The place was clean, easy to find, and staff were warm. Loved the breakfast selection and prompt service from kitchen. We will definitely come back.

Room was big. Local tv channels. Only shampoo, body wash and soap available. No toothbrush, toothpaste and cottonbuds. No lift. U have to use the stairs. Choose ground floor and near reception when booking. Our one was 3rd floor and up to the very end which was a bit odd coz we booked early. Free shuttle to location. Free use...

It's in need of renovation. The restaurant was bad - we were the only ones there when we arrived and yet our meals took an hour and were cold. The Wifi is garbage. It's not the worst hotel in the world but unless you get it super super cheap you can do better.

I enjoyed an impressive service at this European-styled hotel with possibly complete amenities. Though it may be a little inconvenient for its location 15 minutes' shuttle ride, you can book its shuttle to the I-site office free of charge. We booked this hotel indirectly online from a travel web and upon confirmation, I was told the travel agent had not...

Thank you for your response and I am glad you enjoyed your stay We followed up in great detail on why your stay was not booked with us and feel this was something for the agent and ourselves to resolve so I am pleased you settled in after that obvious hiccup at the beginning The shuttle certainly works well for...

We had the best experience at Swiss-Belresort Coronet Peak in Queenstown. I can't say enough about the lovely staff. They were so friendly, kind and generous. The wonderful Arushi and dear Janice, and reception staff made our stay so perfect, we won't ever forget them. The guys at Bowling were so friendly, made it so much fun for the kids....

Looks great from the outside and a lovely situation with lodge nestled under the mountain and close to Coronet peak access and approx 7km to Queenstown central. Most communal areas are fine - but rooms very average. We stayed 3 days here. To their merit, they have their own 10-pin bowling alley, a couple of pool tables, a bit of...

Notably the staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly, in a really genuine and pleasant way. They weren't bothered by any minor requests, and were flexible too. Thanks to all staff we encountered during our three-day stay. You are wonderful! The hotel itself is starting to get slightly dated, but it's still comfortable and clean. The free wifi was good...
