If you're looking for a place to stay near Queenstown, look no further. This is the one. My wife and I had the fortune to stay at the Bearsden B&B on our honeymoon in December of 2014. Queenstown was the last stop on our adventure and it happened to be New Years Eve while we were there. Margie and her... More

Hi Meredith Thank you so much for your lovely detailed review. Sorry it has taken me this long to acknowledge it. It was a pleasure to meet you both at this special time in your lives and not a problem driving you into town for NY. We would love to welcome you back here again. In the meantime, all the... More

I was fortunate enough to stay at Bearsden two separate times, once during the winter and once in spring. During the winter, it is the perfect location for a quieter ski holiday. You have Coronet Peak practically across the street and the rest of the QT area ski fields easily accessible. Bearsden is removed enough from the Queenstown shenanigans to... More

Margie and Nic make you feel at home as soon as you pass through the gate of their B&B. Their goal is to make your stay memorable which they did for my wife and me. Day 1, Margie saved us considerable time and money by recommending we change our tour departure to Frankton rather than downtown Queenstown. Frankton was much... More

We had a lovely welcome from Margie and the room was everything we expected. Breakfasts were a real treat with a great choice and cooking. The spa pool under the stars was fabulous and the ability to relax in a beautiful garden during our stay was great. Ideal location for Queenstown Airport and would certainly use again.

We had an all too brief stay at Bearsden recently and cannot recommend it highly enough. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the best we have had in our 4 weeks in New Zealand so far! Margie is an excellent host!

My wife and I can not speak more highly of the b&b! A couple of relaxing nights stay in quiet surroundings and Margie made sure it was up to all expectations. The breakfasts were fantastic, and a great way to start the day. A great location to head out to the Arrowtown, Queenstown, and surrounding wine areas.

We stayed for 3 nights at Bearsden and found it to be a very comfortable place to stay - a home away from home. After enjoying bustling Queenstown it's lovely to come "home" to the cosy environment of Bearsden, relax in your private lounge, enjoy dinner while admiring the views to Coronet Peak and then sink into the luxurious and... While traveling on the South Island of NZ a stay at the Bearsden should not be missed. Nestled between Arrowtown and Queenstown the two most essential towns to visit while on holiday. Providing quick trips to both towns, the airport, vineyards, and ski slopes. This in our opinion lived up to the TA rating as the region's top notch B&B.... More

We had a stellar experience at Bearsden. The B&B is well set up with a lovely guest lounge, stunning views, and delicious hot breakfast. Margie and Ned know the area very well, and directed us to amazing hikes and wonderful restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely stay there again when we return to the Queenstown area!
