My husband have stayed at this hotel twice: once In July 2020 and another time in April 2021. We chose a Lakeview room and WOW! what a view! The rooms were immaculate and quiet and customer service was top notch. I would absolutely come and stay again.

We stayed two nights at the Heritage, we had a beautiful view, our room was cosy, clean & tidy with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. All facilities were clean & tidy. Our check-in was extremely easy with friendly staff Agata. The restaurant was lovely with delicious food, well managed by friendly staff and Chef Sandro looked after us extremely well. We had a Grabone Deal and were really happy with the facilities at the Heritage. We were upgraded to an Executive Deluxe Room which was spacious and very comfortable. Lovely view down to the pool (heated) and spa area (could have been a little hotter). The breakfast was great - lots of options and very tasty. Just disappointing that room service isn't currently available despite info saying it is, and actual servicing of our room needed a reminder from us to them at 4pm. I guess they are shortstaffed in the new Covid world. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again!

Kia Ora Jacinta, Thanks for completing a tripadvisor review. Yes the pool at 25 and spa at 37 degrees is certainly popular. We do provide dinner room service and now provide drinks and nibbles for sale at front desk. Always try and get around all inhouse guests rooms as early as possible for servicing. Do hope you return soon. With best wishes Andrew Dearle Acting General Manager
