We stayed here for a week last month. Everything was very good from, breakfast, room, pool, spa & gym. Location was a nice walk down hill and the hotel have a $10 deal with the green cab company so cheap to get back up the hill if you don't want the exercise.

Our first stop in Queenstown so we were hoping ot enjoy a nice lake view. We were in a large bedroom with 2 queen beds in the second wing (Forest). Very convenient if you have a car as you drive underground and go straight up to your room. However it was a little impersonal as we had the Conference Centre...

Really enjoyed the view from our spacious and well appointed room. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to book and pay using Air New Zealand Airpoints which made it even better. Only downside was our room was on the 4thfloor and the lift only went to the third?

We are regulars at the Heritage. it suits us for a quiet few days at a great destination. We like to be a little away from the busy bars and night life of downtown Queenstown and like the views. The hotel has a friendly lodge style atmosphere.

Stayed here just one night en route back to Sydney. Despite the long gap between stays they did find me on their database and there was a welcome platter in my room on arrival. That was the highlight. My room was made up as two single beds and a single bed is not really big enough for me! My room...

Rooms were great. Comfortable and clean, with amazing views. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Parking, though, was at a premium, and it was very much a case of first in, first served, so would advise parking up when you arrive and using public transport, of you are driving into town.

We spent a week in Queenstown and the Heritage was a perfect choice for lodging. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast were much better than typically found with inclusive packages with many offerings of both hot and cold selections. The views are spectacular as the hotel is perched on a hill not far from the...

Could not get a better view for a conference. Lovely hotel with good facilities and a nice walk from town along lake with good hill to get breath going. Comfy rooms, good food and great service. More than once staff walked past and said hello unprompted. Those are the things that show a hotel has the edge.
