Waited for almost an hour and half for our food and drinks, especially the drinks. The draft beer wasn’t served even after 2 reminders). Tables that arrived after us were being served with their drinks already while we are still waiting for ours. However the lady in charge of the restaurant was good and courteous.

Large room,comfy bed,good bathroom...could do with a bigger table if having breakfast in room...We had an in room breakfast which i would recommend... Excellent staff,very handy to downtown and definitely quiet...

Very lovely place, we got an upgrade to room with a beautiful and stunning landscape view which was a good treat. The front desk, kitchen and cleaning staff were professional, amazing, friendly and very helpful. I must say that the food was good too. Would have loved it more if the pool was heated. An amazing place! Highly recommended!❤️

We usually frequent the Accor properties around NZ and this is our first stay at Mercure Queenstown. Luckily for us they had a platinum upgrade deal so we get to enjoy a few more amenities. We arrived early but we got to get into our room on arrival which was very nice of them. We had adjoining double rooms. The view from our room to the lake - stunning. The room is a bit dated but it was very well cleaned. All the covid precautions were on such as no mini bar, blankets etc but we were told we can have them on request. WIFI was excellent probably the best I've had at an Accor Hotel for a while. TV was slightly disappointed with analog channels with a few sky channels only. But really when you are in Queenstown you wouldn't stay and watch much TV anyway. Add to the fact that WIFI was that good we were streaming to our devices with no issues. Breakfast was included in our deal. Basic but covers all options with hot and cold selections. The gentleman who served us each day (sorry I cannot remember his name) was so polite and helpful. We tried the pool a couple of times, not heated so fairly cold. However they have two spa tubs on the side which was handy. Once again everything looks well maintained and clean. Check out was again uneventful. All staff was very polite. One more point parking was free. Which is unlike most of the other Queenstown hotels. Overall our family really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit quiet due to covid so we got all the attention from all the staff and they were all excellent. Will hope to return again soon.…
