Really nice place, and very friendly Manager (Vinod). Only issues where Toilet didnt flush correctly, being woken early by plumber working in the unit above us, and DVD player didnt work. But, on that note we requested a working DVD player amd it was provided 👍

Great views but a bit dated. We had booked a two bedroom apartment and the views from all rooms were fantastic. Internet isn't very fast and does seem to have issues (although we were lucky and didn't have to pay past the 1Gb as advertised originally). A short stroll to Queenstown, it's a great location for those who enjoy being...

Stayed at Breakfree for 5 nights. Complimentary coffee and sugars were minimal (maybe 3 of each) no hand soap, no conditioner, 1 small shampoo and 1 body wash, 1 toilet roll (for 2 people!) and if we required more throughout our stay we would have had to pay. FOR 5 NIGHTS! A bit stingy! The first day we went out...

We really enjoyed our stay in Queenstown. Our unit had beautiful views of the lake. We had a two bedroom unit which was very well appointed with everything we needed. The management were very friendly and willing to assist with bookings, orientation, etc. The appartment is well set up for the cold weather. Our only issue was it was a...

Good apartment with great views of lake & mountains. Very quiet. Decent sized bedrooms & living space. Would have liked heating to be turned on prior to arrival as took ages for nightstore to get going.

Run down and a perfect example of poor cleaning and no maintenance, a broken fridge at the door to our apartment is just the start , are they to lazy to take it away? Is that the look they aspire to?, broken heating, beat up furniture, dirty carpet , mouldy silicone in bath area, the list is endless , nice...

Great view of the lake. The accommodation was good. Unfortunately the the driveway and access to the accommodation is on a very steep hill. Too steep for walking or taking a stroll. Ok if you happen to be a 20 year old doing a triathlon then the hills would be perfect.

The outside was modern and the view fabulous but the interior was dirty, dated and run down. The furniture was disgusting and should go to the tip. It looked nothing like the pictures online. We traveled around the lower South Island and this place was by far the most expensive and lowest quality place we stayed.

We got this place on a summer sale. Great value but slightly quite a distance from City Centre. Great views of Lake Wakatipu. Quite, safe ang Coran place to stay. You need to ride the bus from here to Centre and Vice Versa, about less than $5 per person (expensive compared to Auckland.)
