My family and I stayed for 2 nights. Even though the room is at the front it was not noisy. Lovely place, lovely breakfast and great hosts. Perfect location to city center. Had an enjoyable and pleasant stay. Thanks to Alex and team!

My mother and I spent two nights at Chalet Queenstown and had the most wonderful experience! The place is rustic picturesque and the people who work there are incredibly friendly and helpful! I booked our stay through an outside party (priceline) and was unable to request 2 beds through their website. I emailed Chalet requesting 2 beds and promptly received...

We stayed at this B&B in early September 2016. Whilst non-descript from the outside, the B&B quickly grew on us and was a shame that we could only stay one night. - Location is convenient. About 15 minutes walk into the centre of Queenstown and the stop for the airport bus is just a minute's walk away. - Most of...

This wonderful bed and breakfast is a short 15 minute walk from the center of Queenstown. The rooms have fantastic views of the lake and are quite spacious. The hosts prepare a delicious homemade breakfast for guests each morning and will even package a breakfast or lunch for guests heading to Milford Sound. I would recommend this B&B for anyone...

I would highly recommend this place to stay. The service is top notch and in fact I would say it outperforms better than some other 5 stars hotels. The room is very clean and cosy. The Chalet is such a special place I almost hesitate to review it for fear of letting this secret gem out. After visiting downtown Queenstown, where we could barely walk because of all the students and tourists, this small bed and breakfast hotel was a welcome retreat. Alex greeted us warmly and showed us to our rooms (we were two...

This has to be the best b&b I have ever stayed in! The hosts are amazingly friendly and always willing to help with anything. Family stay for four nights. Warm and welcoming greeting from our hosts, Jude (as in "Hey"!) and Alex who were ably assisted by Lee. Breakfasts were superb; very good selection of cereals and fresh fruit with the choice of delicious á la carte hot meals as well. Fresh squeezed orange juice and plunger coffee were on offer as well.
