Stayed 4 nights here with the family in early July. Everything we needed - very comfortable and warm. Small but useful kitchenette, comfortable beds and good views. The apartments are easy walking distance to town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would define recommend.
This was a great place to stay. 5 minutes walk from the township and it had undercover off street parking. In Queenstown that is a bonus. The room was well appointed with a full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, two burner stove top,...More
Stayed here for 2 nights following arrival in Queenstown - hotel is a 5 minute walk to centre of Queenstown. Good free parking on site and rooms are spacious and packed with towels, bedding including extra pillows , washing machine and fully functional kitchen.
Very disappointed as reviews seemed good not so. It is old and shabby, kitchen cupboards and appliances all damaged on the surfaces. No double glazing so extremely noisy at night as the apartments are literally on the very busy road. Condensation drips down the windows...More
We stayed here 2 nights and 4 nights, before and after our Milford Track Hike. This was a great base for our hike as the location is very near the town center and we can walk to anywhere.

Hello there. We were there in NZ spring so I wasn't paying much attention to the heating. I think there was an electric heater in the bedroom, I know there was one in the living room because I turned it off. The bathroom has a heated floor and big heated towel rail which is great for drying outdoors clothing.
The room we stayed in had one double bed, so it may be they have different room types available. You could drop them an email about the beds. I contacted them a few times before we got the NZ to ask about parking and other travel stuff - they were always quick and helpful at replying.

There is no ocean anywhere near Queenstown. Don't know where you got that from. Ground floor is car parking underneath the units, no unit is on ground floor, all units are first floor or 2nd floor. It does not have spectacular views but still is very nice view. It is facing a main road but that road is quiet at night. Big plus, walking distance into town where there is no parking basically. - If you like the answer, please give it a Helpful tick - thank you.
