Very disappointed as reviews seemed good not so. It is old and shabby, kitchen cupboards and appliances all damaged on the surfaces. No double glazing so extremely noisy at night as the apartments are literally on the very busy road. Condensation drips down the windows in the morning as not double glazed. Room service I would hardly call it that...

We stayed here 2 nights and 4 nights, before and after our Milford Track Hike. This was a great base for our hike as the location is very near the town center and we can walk to anywhere. They stored our luggage for us when we went for the Milford Track hike with Ultimate Hikes. Super liked: - Great location,...

Conveniently located from the City Centre, it is about 5 mins walk uphill from the hustle of the town. Spacious apartments with balconies and all amenities. The staff was extremely helpful. The reception closes at 6 PM, so make sure you have all your questions answered when you check in.

These appartments are just 5 minutes from the Skyline Gondola - down hill MTB heaven. And only a 10 minute walk from bike shops, a big supermarket and the centre of Queenstown - and all relatively flat. We stayed for a week and felt comfortable. The staff were all friendly. The appartments were clean and well set out - but...

We stayed at the Whistler before and after the Routeburn Track. They very kindly stored our luggage and, because it was an early departure, we left it in our room and they took care of everything. Upon our return, they helped us take our luggage to our apartment, 22. We found the accommodation comfortable and spacious. The washing machine was...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our road trip around the South Island and couldn't have wished for a nicer place to end our holiday. Reception was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies with great views of the mountains and a partial view of lake wakitipu....

We stayed three nights in a two bedroom apartment which had two balconies overlooking the mountains. The manager and his staff were very welcoming and helpful with local advice (including where to buy the cheapest petrol) and booking activities for us. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all amenities included. We were pleased with the very detailed instruction...

We stayed for 2 nights at the Whistler. We arrived before our room was ready (very early flight), but the person at the desk took care of our bags and when we returned to check in, our bags were in our room. The room is very large and well laid out. There is plenty of space and if possible, you...
