Twin Peaks charges a premium - but it's certainly worth it if you're after luxury in Queenstown! The view of Lake Wakapitu is unsurpassed from the lounge - perfect for a sunrise / sunset. As you'd expect: perfectly clean, fantastic room with ceiling windows for lovely views of the stars at night. Breakfast was really tasty. There's off road parking...

We booked 1 night at Twin Peaks to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday in Queenstown. Margaret and Derek were wonderful hosts and made us feel incredibly welcome in their home. In advance, they had organised some flowers and bubbles to be waiting for us on arrival. The view from the breakfast room was amazing and the house was very conveniently...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Derrick and Margaret. We spent three nights at their impeccable B&B, which has spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, helped with dinner reservations and cabs. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. Highly recommend Twin Peaks when you are in the Queenstown area (it's slightly out of town).

It was a very enjoyable stay in Twin Peaks... Margret and Derek are great hosts and make us feel like home. Margret made delicious breakfast for us everyday and Derek made good coffee (use coffee machine, haha). They made good suggestions to us for the itinerary in Queenstown and helped us to arrange activities. We chatted a lot during our...

What a place!!! Stunning views, lovely hosts, stunning room. Stayed here for 3 nights on our month long NZ trip and this was the best place by far. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer, the breakfasts delicious and the views over the lake and mountains just stunning. The room was spacious and a lovely comfy big bed and huge bathroom....

I was having a two-weeks honeymoon with my wife in April, 2015. We picked many B&Bs during our stay because we want to get into the local culture and understand the life of New Zealand people. He allocated 4 days in Queenstown because it is the most beautiful town, with a great variety of activities nearby. Twinpeaks was actually picked...

It was close to town and we could even take public transportation back and forth if we wanted. Twin Peaks takes its name from the view of the Remarkables mountains on the opposite side of the lake. Remarkable is a word that is easily applied to this architect designed house which is of unique design, built in part with the aid of dynamite! There is not enough space to do it justice here, nor would I want to...

The sharing of their beautiful home and Margaret and Derek were the best! Location is perfect, walking or taking the bus, it was all easy. The breakfasts were delicious, and the accommodating my yearning for porridge was an example of hospitality that is above and beyond. Derek made great suggestions of what to see we spot on. Yes if you...
