We stayed at this hotel for two days while visiting Queenstown. The staff was amazingly friendly and were able to get us settled in very quickly. The room was spotless, and the design overall was very practical for both couples and families. The location was also very convenient, as we were able to walk to any location in city center...

The attention to detail was great, including a swan sculpture made from the towels! A superb breakfast cooked to order. Excellent service and a real boutique experience for a special occasion. Parking is a bit limited though.

We got the luxury room which was huge corner unit. Hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the town centre restaurants and a nearby catholic church. The Asian owners were very polite and even help you with your luggage up the stairs (most hotels in Queenstown have NO elevators/lifts). I had a nice stay.

The staffs are super nice. I thought we got free continental breakfast . I didn't realize they offered order to cook hot meal in the morning in addition to continental breakfast. The hotel is very close to town and room with good view.

Affordable, spacious rooms, and very clean. Unable to comment on the breakfast as we did not dine there but this was a perfect spot for us. Had 5 "hotel parking...

Central Ridge Boutique Hotel is a small hotel in a great location, about a half block from the park and a short walk to city center. Staff were very, very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was large with a patio where we could watch the gondolas going up and and coming down from Bob's Peak. We also were able to...

Our first trip to New Zealand started with a wonderful stay at the Central Ridge Boutique Hotel. It's situated in a great location ... just a five minute walk to the Queenstown Wharf area with a selection of restaurants and shops to visit. Our room was large with a very comfortable king size bed. Pillows were great as well. We...

I stayed at Central Ridge for my last 2 nights in New Zealand and loved it! The bed was super comfortable, the bath tub was huge, and my view was beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive, and pointed out the best walkways to town (just 5 minutes by foot). An additional plus is that they have in-room AC units....

Very happy I chose Central Ridge for a two night stay in Queenstown. Close walk to downtown, but far enough for quiet at night. Manager KJ Chua and the staff that we interacted with, Bedelia and Christina were awesome. KJ works tirelessly to ensure his guests are well taken care of and he deserves a gold star for his efforts....
