We stayed in a 2 bedroom courtyard unit, number 224. We're from Sydney visiting family in New Zealand and they surprised us with a few days' stay in Queenstown. We slept in the bedroom upstairs with the 2 single beds. It was extremely noisy, we could hear the traffic noise from the main road, we could hear people in the...

Hello Thank you for your comments. In response to your claims of bed bugs in our apartment I can only state the following: - The apartment was checked by the Executive Housekeeper and nothing was found. - The apartment was also checked by a commercial pest control company who also found nothing - in any room of the apartment. -...

Background...mid 40s and 50s. From Southern California. Typically stay in 4-5 star hotels. Room 408 was perfect for the two of us. One of the smaller rooms at the property but the location has a superb view and is extremely private. The room itself would likely garner 3 stars but some of the thoughtful touches escalate the rating. Heated towels...

The location was walking distance to town and the room was spacious with two single beds, a kitchenette and a big bathroom that had a jacuzzi bathtub. Good stuff. There were pretty rose bushes at the balcony garden area. During check in the receptionist gave us a bottle of milk for free. I wished I had more time in this...

Very nicely appointed appartments. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good bedding and showers etc. Location is just far enough away from the centre of QT with an easy walk down (with a little hill back). Staff where very helpful at all levels. A little pricey but would stay again.

We tried to rebook but it was full and that confirms our view that this was good accommodation in an excellent location. The rooms were maintained to a high standard with friendly service. If we had to criticise we would day the furnishings were a little dated compared with some of the other places we have stayed. But our advice...

We stayed here for 4 nights in one of the one bedded apartments with a balcony, with my parents in the main room and I slept on the sofa bed. The location is perfect just up from the main high street and a nice walk down the hill to the cafes etc. There is a great view over the mountains...

We've stayed at this hotel, 2 times previously, but this was our first stay in the Summer. We come back because the staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. Be aware it is up a hill from the centre of town, if that is an issue for you. I don't mind it, gives you a...

This hotel points out the pluses and minuses or location. As with most NZ hotels, there is no air conditioning. Couple that with being on a noisy street with only single glazed windows, and you have lots of noise. As in about every place we stayed in NZ, I kept wondering why no one had ceiling fans. They would have...

This is a very compact site with the rooms crammed into the site. While our room was large and the bed comfortable the facilities were totally inadequate just a kettle and toaster with a microwave. Could not even boil an egg. Washing up cups and bowls had to be done in the bathroom sink which was chipped and using the...

Hello MoretonBoy Thank you for taking the time to review us. The room type that you booked was our Standard Studio. This room does not have Kitchen or Kitchenette facilities and is not advertised as having these amenities. The room does have as you accurately pointed out a kettle, toaster, microwave & a small bar fridge, and this is all...
