We stayed one night at the Earnslaw Lodge and there were 5 of us in the one room. Room was comfortable, and well set out, and beds were comfortable. Easy walk into town for food etc. The views (if you have a room on the lake side) were impressive as we could see right down the lake.

Owners are great, clean tidy and warm room. I would recommend to stay here, facilities for coffee etc excellent, as are the views. It's quiet too even though it's on the main road. Only a 10 min walk to town or $8 in a cab.

Thanks for the comments. The main road into Queenstown is a busy one. The walk into the CBD can take 10 minutes or 20 minutes if you walk around the lake. Thanks Lynley

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We like that we are clean and helpful. All the kitchen studois are on the ground floor, the neighbouring property has just thinned there trees. . The units on the top and second floor do get the better views but don't have kitchen facilities. I hope this...

We found Earnslaw Lodge a really good choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were light, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. For the price it is hard to fault. Would stay there again.

The hotel is quite simple, but it is a lot better than the pictures on their website. The views from the rooms are fantastic. Book a room facing the lake. It is totally worth the stay. It is a 10 min walk to the town center.

Great place - comfortable room/beds with a view that couldn't be any more beautiful. An easy 15 min walk to town - some of it through the lovely gardens. Very helpful hosts. Great value. Our second stay here - great both times. Marg & Doug Maconachie, Australia.

We had a fantastic stay at the Earnslaw lodge! The rooms are nice, big and clena, all of the employees are more than friendly. The Lodge is within a 5-10 minutes walk from the City Centre and offers a great view over Lake Wakatipu. Thanks for the great accommodation!
