Very convenient hotel near downtown Queenstown. You just walk across the street to the park, then down a cement path with steps to the main part of Queenstown where all the restaurants and shopping is located, plus travel agencies and it's near the waterfront. All kinds of activities and cruise boats to ride there.

The lodge does have an underground car park which only takes about eight cars so arrive early and grab a spot. Across the road is a path down to the town which is a short five minute walk. Rooms were well appointed with a table outside. Perfect place to stay.

Stayed here in November. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our room was on the Sydney street side and while I could hear people walking in the evenings it never kept us up. Lodge is convenient to downtown with only a short walk to the main streets.

I would highly recommend staying at coronation lodge. It is perfectly situated in the center of town and has free parking too! The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The bathrooms are big and modern. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is a washer and drier on site, but there is also clothing lines in...

This was a small, pleasant, attractive but unspectacular lodging. We stayed here two separate times in late February- before and after we visited Milford Sound and did the Routeburn Track. It is clean, attractive, simple, and well-located. Our room was right next to a sidewalk, which was fine during the day. Be prepared for late night noise from revelers headed...

Stayed here for 3 nights in late February 2017. It is in close proximity to everything, restaurants, shopping, the gondola and other activities. The rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. The hotel host was very lovely and helpful. One curious thing though, if you hear an air raid siren, (as we were woken by one at 6.30am!) dont...

Very clean, larger room with hardwood floors and adequate kitchen facilities. It is located about a block from the park and within easy walking distance of the gondola, Kiwi House, zip trek, downtown and quay. There were no problems with noise and the management was helpful. I didn't see an elevator so don't know if they are wheelchair friendly. Wifi...

My husband and I stayed three nights while exploring the Queenstown area. The room was clean, cheerful and had nice views from the porch off our room. It was well situated for walking into town and was a good value for the price. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who answered any questions we had and stored our...

A lovely place to stay in Queenstown, perfect location , a short walk through the gardens and you arrive at the lakeside. Breakfast is cooked to order, there us also a good selection of fruit and cereals . The rooms are spacious, we had a room with an kitchenette which was very handy. There is also an on site laundry....

What a find! This was a lovely motel to stay in. The room was very well equipped and extremely clean. It was just a short walk away from all the bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The manageress Mel was very knowledgeable about the area. There was so much to see and do around here....
