Needles to say this is the best apartment. We have been back again and again to stay at st james. The location is perfect, only 100 meters flat walk to town. Apartments are very modern and well equippped. Service has always been great. The staff ate always super friendly and helpfull. We will be back again.

This apartment-style accommodation is very well located, pretty much in the heart of Queenstown. It was clean (actually it smelled of cleaning products when we first arrived) and comfortable. However, unfortunately it's also quite tired and a little run down - but great if you just need a functional place to sleep at night.

On the plus side, this property is very close to the main shopping area, lakeshore and restaurants. It's a very easy walk too, no hills or strenuous effort to get from/to this property. They also offered free parking which was nice. On the down side, there are three areas that led to my lower-than-average rating: 1) Staff: When I arrived...

Family of four (parents + two teens) stayed for a couple of nights. We did wonder about picking a place with a more obvious 'view' of the lake but glad we picked St. James. We had a view of the mountains but were not really there much to sit and look at any view. The apartment was clean, tidy, well...

Value for money. Pretty old apartment where furniture needs updating. Service was decent. Apartment is located almost in the town Centre hence close to all eateries. Most of the apartments had balconies

Spent three nights in two different apartments over the course of a week. Both were very clean and well appointed, each had two bathrooms, very handy with four adult aged family members. Queenstown is not a cheap place to stay, being a tourist location , but the St. James apartments are reasonably priced. The location is the real advantage, so...

We picked this location as it is walkable to the city centre (don't need to drive in Queenstown). Room is big but has only spot lights (quite warm). There is a laundry room on level 2 which is opened 24/7. Throughout our 2 night stay, we did not see the reception person at all. On the first day, we reach...

Very close to town - 2 minute walk via back pathway to Starbucks and CBD. Has carparking, and is also very quiet due to the apartments across the driveway blocking any noise from the SBD. Would like to have had airconditioning rather than a fan. Lift access available to upper floors, and after hours access is very easy. Cooking facilities...

As all other reviews have pointed out it is VERY handy for town and quiet. Certainly couldn't fault it for that. Decor was a bit dated, however it was clean and tidy. The one major issue that the owners/management need to sort was the smell. The room we stayed in smelt strongly of curry. I'm a great fan of curry...

As Queenstown accommodation is extremely expensive this apartment was definitely its money worth. The location is very close to the centre and restaurants and shops. The apartment looked a bit dated from outside but perfectly fine, large enough with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room and was clean and had everything you could ask for. The bathroom...
