What a lovely boutique hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The room was well-decorated, clean, and spacious. Having a small out-door patio was a plus. The hotel only has 19 rooms, so we felt as if we were one of only a few guests. Every night the hotel hosts a small cocktail hour with wine/beer and canapés. Above all, the...

To say we loved QPBH would be a massive understatement. This was 100% our fave hotel in NZ. Everything about the place is incredible. From start to finish we were treated like royalty. The staff are fantastic. I'm sorry it's been a few months now and I don't remember their names. We stayed at QPBH for four nights in November...

Upon arrival of Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel we were immediately met with warm friendly hospitality and personalized service from Fran and the team. Every staff member we encountered here were super lovely and genuine in their interactions with us. Complimentary canapé hour at 6pm was a great touch with NZ local wines and delicious little canapés - what a great...

Lovely accomodation with a peaceful surrounding in New Zealand's most beautiful city. Top service and friendliness. Very clean and stylish rooms. Highly recommend. Right in the city to walk anywhere. At the bottom of the gondolas at one side and beautiful views of the Remarkables on the other.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, it is one of the best we've experienced around the world. The decor and atmosphere is high end, without being too formal. The rooms are beautiful, with all the comforts you need including a small kitchenette, wonderful coffee, bath robes and slippers. Only criticism would be the switches are rather complicated for the...

We booked the celebration package in one of the Remarkables Rooms - this was the last leg of our honeymoon around New Zealand. Terrific room, great location, and a wonderful stay, but the staff were the real highlight by far. Helpful advice and service by email after booking, a genuinely friendly welcome at check-in, and absolutely fantastic service for the...

What a wonderful small hotel! The staff - in particular Fran and Romano - were incredibly helpful. My mother, daughter and I were traveling together and we really felt like we were staying with good friends. Everyone was so helpful, from offering to make breakfast early so we could catch our early tour to Milford Sound, to helping arrange a...
