The property is modern, elegant, comfortable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The only negative is that the rooms sit right next to a busy road, which can be a bit noisy. Not a deal breaker, but not ideal, either. That said, the hotel is just far enough away from the busiest part of town to be insulated, but...

Of all the accommodations during our 10-day trip in the South Island, this is the hotel that I was looking forward to the most and it did not disappoint us. The decor was very modern and stylish starting from the lobby to the bedroom with high tech light and curtain. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and the two queen-size beds...

We booked over expedia based on Trip Advisor and other reviews for our first two nights and then booked three additional nights at the end of our trip based on the staff. The hotel is in a very convenient location to walk to everything in Queenstown yet just far enough away for some serenity in the busy little village. The...

What is there not to like about this hotel? Excellent location, beautifully appointed interior decor, amazing staff, delicious cooked breakfasts, predinner canapes and drinks in front of an open fire.... The best part of this hotel is the dedicated staff. Eduardo, Fran and Karen - you really made our stay special. Thank you for making numerous phonecalls for weather calls...

The staff are perfect hosts and give the hotel it its boutique atmosphere, they are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable... the canapes and evening drinks are also a really nice touch! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the QPBH to anyone. Thank you...

Perfect hosts, perfect room and facilities. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very comfortable and spacious with great views. Cleaned daily the room was spotless. The location is well situated if you do not have a vehicle as downtown, ski central, the lake and all restaurants are within an easy walk. Highly...

I stayed in a gondola room which was right next to the street and on the weekends it's very noisy with people walking from bars and such thus the lower rating. The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely.

A stunning little hotel that impressed on so many different levels. Clean, well ordered, and an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff team, nice location and view. There isn't a restaurant on site, but there is plenty close. I will definitely be coming back!

I just spent a week here with my family before a work conference. Such a beautiful hotel & a great location. Nightly cocktail/canapé hour from 6-7(ish... They don't kick you out) by the fireplace was great. Sampling delicious local kiwi wines. Rooms very comfortable also. What sets this place apart is one main thing - the people. A dedicated group...

There is good reason why the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel (QPBH) has a 5 star rating. I've been to Queenstown several times before and have based my review on the box and dice of Hotel criteria as listed below. In no specific order of importance; Room/Hotel Cleanliness - 'Cleanliness is next to Godliness' and the hotel room and the hotel...
