Arthur House is certainly different and very interesting. We stayed for one night before travelling over Lewis pass to meet up with friends. Jackie and Charles were excellent hosts providing a super breakfast and an insight to the history of the house. Fabulous place to stay, fabulous hosts. Don't stay anywhere else! The rooms are so comfortable, the lounge rooms relaxing, and the breakfast sensational. Make sure you book ahead - even though we didn't.

She showed us round the house ... 2 lounges with a large tv in one and comfortable couches...and a kitchen which we could use and could help ourselves to a glass of wine. It...

We staying in the, bright, sunny blue room, (which is mostly white). Our friends stayed in the green room which has lovely stained glass. Throughout the home are beautiful (and comfortable!) antiques from across the globe, tastefully...

This was a great choice. The house is beautiful and Charles and Jackie were fantastic hosts. It was a highlight of our trip.
