A barren park with no grass for tents (but this is probably Broken hill), plenty of trees for shade, and they accept dogs. Swimming pool looked nice, but I didn't use. Toilet blocks reasonably clean, camp kitchen had the basics. The super markets are not far away, and the cemetery is just next door. Even though this is on the... More

We stayed in an unpowered site for a few nights while passing through which was clear and comfortable. Dog friendly was the reason for choosing this place. Location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre but easy to get to and the plus side of this is it is in a quiet part of town; an... More

This park was so open and large and very spacious. We loved staying here, and so much to see, so many places to visit and learn about, we thought it was great and really loved this park, handy to everything.

After 3 months of traveling around Australia, out of over 30 caravan parks this is the worst I have stayed at (and this includes Northern Territory outback parks). Dogs in the pound across the road barking all night, probably partly due to noise made by heavy vehicles passing on the main road running directly beside the park disturbing the peace... More

Stayed in one of the older cabins, modern rooms but bathroom and kitchen quiet old, great to sit out on the veranda though, overall good price, would recommend for families and those with caravans - plenty of spots!

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom cabin. The cabin was large and clean and had every thing included. The cabin was right near the highway but you didn't hear much road noise. There was no wifi. The shower was good and beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and had lots of information about Broken Hill.... More

We booked for 7 nights and regretted it. However the staff were great. On our arrival and setting up at 1730 a dog barked till nearly midnight and restarted barking at o630. It also barked throughout the day, every day. And every night The ensuite is very old with a water heater for two if you hurry or you get... More

How pleasing to receive a friendly welcome after a full day's travelling! We had booked a two bedroom cabin. On opening the door we were greeted with a clean & spacious living area. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen area had all we needed. Although close to a main highway, we were not disturbed by undue noise. We enjoyed... More

The caravan park is at the Adelaide end of Broken Hill. It is a very busy caravan park with a high turnover of campers, many of whom leave by 7.00am. There are many friendly people and their pets here. These dogs aren't the problem. It's the unfortunate dogs in the large veterinary surgery across the road. Some dogs just howl... More
