Our family of 5 stayed here for two nights while in Dubbo. The rooms are spacious. We had a two bedroom apartment so plenty of room for all. The location is great with takeaways close by, easy walk to city centre and restaurants all along this road. Very spacious and convenient hotel to stay at while in Dubbo.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Some of the minor issues noted by other reviewers - non-sliding shower doors, milk jugs that immediately spill etc - are all still evident but add more to a 'classic motel feel' than being actually annoying. The staff were hugely helpful when I left behind an iPhone charger in the room. I rang a couple of...

Hi Andrew, Glad you enjoyed our classic motel feel! Your're funny! Seriously tho, its all about genuine country hospitality here - like friendliness, customer service (including posting you back your charger). We are totally gutting and renovating our bathrooms, but of course, this is a slow process. Eventually, the sliding shower doors will all be disappeared! Anyway, than you for...

We booked two adjoining rooms for ourselves and our daughter and three Grandchildren, aged 14, 12 & 7. The rooms were a good size and with the very hot weather, the AC worked well. Breakfast was great.

We stayed in the motel on our way to and back from Victoria, and the stays were both great. The staff accommodated us having to check in late unexpectedly and were great to deal with! Definitely will stay again next time :)

We are new owners and constantly working to improve. So far all the beds have been replaced with new and all rooms have had a fresh coat of paint. Our bathrooms are next! But in the meantime, we are clean and affordable. So glad you found us friendly enjoyed our pool & great central location. Have a fantastic rest of...

Great walking distance from the main street/shops/cafes. Staff are friendly. The rooms are tidy and clean. The beds were good and we slept very well. The bathrooms need a revamp though are clean. The girls enjoyed the pool though it needed more chemicals to keep it clear during hot days when it's more frequently used.

Victor has taken over where Shane left off and the service is super friendly. I stay here fortnightly and have seen a lot of changes over the years that I have been staying. Family friendly and very safe, a good place to use as a base when in Dubbo.

Old motel with some cosmetic work done in the rooms. Bed comfortable. Excessive road noise, no double glazing. Shower screen does not slide, Milk given in open S/S jug to traverse to your room without spilling and then tip most of it on the bench when trying to get in cup. Supply single serve carton/bottles? Pool in need of serious...

We are slowly doing up this property. I purchased it 3 years ago and feel it slots perfectly into the Budget Motel Chain model to which we belong - clean, comfortable and affordable. All the beds have been replaced as has the linen, installed free WIFI and Foxtel and painting of all the interior of rooms is completed. The bathrooms...

I stayed at this motel for three nights visiting town for a wedding. The receptionist was very nice and the room I had was big and exceptionally clean. The only con being there is a little traffic noise but it's not too bad. I would stay here again! 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒
