Great for the price we paid nice clean room and comfortable beds. Right next to hungry Jacks so that was helpful for need of coffee :) would stay again for an overnight stay because it's affordable for small families of 1 child

Have found confusing reviews before booking! Perhaps made a booking in person for my friend who visited me with his family. They rang him within 30 minutes to make sure his arrival and alternative if he comes late! But we found everything perfect with sufficient amenities based on price! Got nice and tidy with regular room service. So, can't complain...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!! The staff are as pathetic as the accommodation. Our bathroom floor was so disgusting it had hair all over it from the previous guest. The rudeness from the receptionist was unbelievable to the point that we refused to stay there. The room was small and stunk of mold. And should you say anything they don't...

Anyone travelling to Dubbo would be well advised NOT to stay at the IBIS Motel as the conditions were pathetic. On arrival we were told to shut the bathroom door when showering as you would set off the fire alarm if you did not. No blanket on the bed, an acute shortage of power points & the moni fridge in...

My family and i were travelling to surfers paradise via melbourne. We planned to stop in dubbo for a night to re-energize. After a 11 hour drive to dubbo, we were told our room was not ready, although the online booking said it was going to be ready at 12:00pm, we had to wait till 2:00pm..I would have left melbourne later...

I had a very late booking ... like 4 hrs before arrival and I was arriving after 10 pm. The booking was seamless and assistance from staff to ensure I could get in after 10 was fantastic. The facilities were clean and top class. The room did not include brekky, but for a mere $7.50 extra in the morning I...

Pool was dirty, no elevators so you haul your luggage up the stairs. If you like been woken up by the cleaning staff at 8am wanting to clean your room when checkout is 10am. Plenty of no smoking areas but not one smoking area. To the point the staff tell you off if you go outside the front into the...

After a long drive we decided to stop at Dubbo and look for a comfortable hotel. All the hotels close to the CBD were a bit in the expensive side, until we found the Ibis Budget. My first impression was "budget". It was be horrible, but after checking the place out it was all we needed. I admit, the room...

It's fascinating how Accor Hotels takes pride in this brand. It's one up from a backpacker's with none of the charm. There are so many places to stay in Dubbo, invest an extra $15-$20 and stay somewhere civilised. Who designs a shower which ensures, when used, that every item in the receptacle will be drenched? What's with polyester doonas in...
