I don't like to complain, but in order for this hotel to provide Accor standards they need to be told and to lift their game. Reception was not welcoming at all. Breakfast was probably poorer quality than Ibis. The rest of the hotel was excellent. The outside security lights were too bright which made for a lit up room all...

This place had a weird feel about it. A hodge podge of styles and average customer service. The rooms were shabby and old and smelt. The swimming pool had plastic bags floating around in the spa pool and heaps of leaves at the bottom. We heard from a guy at the bar down the road that the place was an...

Was after a one night stopover at the last minute. Came across this hotel and everything was first class at a really cheap rate. Friendly staff, big modern room, luxury for a budget price. Check it out - you won't be disappointed. 👍

The lovely blonde woman who greeted me was a great first impression and the shower in my room was absolutely amazing! Like being under a waterfall! Unfortunately it stopped there. Booked this hotel for the restaurant, which wasn't open at all during my stay and when searching for a powerpoint I found that somehow the powerpoint itself had been smashed...

We stayed 3 nights, we were informed prior to our stay that the restaurant would not be open during our stay, except breakfast, which was good. Surprising but no room service either. We were extremely disappointed that our room was not serviced at all during our stay, even though requested, except 2 towels being replaced once! When I asked reception...

My fiance and I stayed here for a wedding at Mindaribba House and had a lovely time. We stayed in the Executive King room and were very happy with our choice and the value for money. The room was spacious and very modern with a great bed and all the amenities. We also had a fantastic view from huge windows...

Stayed here after a visit to the area for work.A very quaint, well renovated historical adress with comfortable, quality rooms and very friendly helpful staff. The chef was away but they still managed to cook up a delicious dinner in the old dining room.I would recommend this hotel to couples and families. You can immerse yourself in history with some luxury to go.

Stayed here recently for Jazz in the Vines. Ordered room service which came promptly and was delicious. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Buffet breakfast was fine - the decor of the breakfast room and hallways could do with an update. Staff friendly and accommodating
