The room was wonderful - clean, spacious enough and very comfortable. I had booked for a one night stay via Tripadvisor and the entire process of checking-in etc was extremely smooth. That night however, we were unfortunate enough that another guest at the tavern decided to smoke in their room and that meant that the deafening alarms went off somewhere...

Appreciate all of the reviews we receive and love hearing that our guests have had a great time. We may be a small, friendly local tavern but we have a lot of heart. We have pride in the service that we provide to our guests and always do our best to ensure that they leave having a great time.

We were looking for somewhere to stay near Mayfield and were told about "Sunnyside." Who would have thought, we were glad we stayed there. It's easy to get to from the expressway and in the middle of the sports / entertainment precinct. The rooms were larger than expected and were very well presented, with a great ensuite. The area is...

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us and TripAdvisor. Most guests get a pleasant surprise when they stay with us, we are a lovely suburban Tavern that offers good old fashioned hospitality. Our rooms are always well kept and our staff, well they are like family.

We stayed just overnight but it was very good. The staff is very friendly, the room was nice and clean . The bathroom is small with good size shower but no place to hang towels or to put your toiletries ! The food was good in their restaurant, really quick and the bar great! Although the bar opens at 9.30...

The cleanest most modern pub room I have ever stayed in, was recommended by a friend as we'll be coming down to watch son play for Knights and can't recommend it highly enough. Great facilities, great food, great service.

Nice clean small room with a very high ceiling. Train tracks out our window but did not hear any trains. Good food but a little overpriced. We could not find anthying interesting or any restaurant within walking distance.

We arrived early at this hotel, about noon, and were ushered to our room which was upstairs. All rooms are there over the working bars and dining room below. Fortuneately no noise was audible from below. The room was very clean, airy, airconditioned with plenty of room. Bathroom was exactly the same. If you wanted tea/coffee or to use kitchen...

This hotel is in an ideal position for the Entertainment centre. They run a courtesy bus service to and from the venue. The rooms are really comfortable with a kingsize bed and ensuite.A powerpoint in the ensuite would be beneficial and a small jug in the room to make a cuppa would save a walk to the end of the...

It is a long way upstairs, especially if you carry Luggage (but the Staff is very friendly and helpful, I'm sure they would assist). The Room was fresh, clean and very comfy. The en-suite was spacious and modern. For dinner we went downstairs and had a tasty meal in the Hotels own Restaurant.
