Found on the internet at short notice for need of accommodation. Booking was easy and on arrival the staff were pleasant and informative. The room is good, clean and well appointed. Parking is an additional cost but reasonable. Location is close to a few cafes and central to Hunter Street.

We stayed here for one night while in Newcastle to watch the Rugby League Teat Match and we were very impressed with the apartment we stayed in. We paid for a standard room but were upgraded to a harbour view room which was great, especially with the spacious balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view from. The apartment...

My wife and two adult sons stayed here for one night. The apartment was in an old building, but inside it was modern and well equipped although rooms were fairly small. There were two bathrooms and toilets, the larger one being off the main bedroom, and a small kitchenette. There was also a small outdoor balcony. Undercover off street parking...

We had booked this 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults and 1 child. On checking in we found there was only beds for 4, and we had to pay an additional $40 a night for a bunk. Apartment was very small and only one bathroom. Our second night we returned home to find our swipe cards no longer worked, very...

Great staff on the desk and easy check in. Room was a suite with kitchenette and big balcony. Very musty smell to room and found a cockroach under the bed sheets. Apart from that was very well kitted out. Shame you have to pay to use their car park- should be included in the price.

Our first impression was "what a huge room" we have and how nice it looked. Very happy with comfort of the bed and the fact that the room had a kitchenette and laundry. Everything in the room was in working order. It topped off a wonderful night out in the nicer part of Newcastle.

Centrally located, huge suites, very comfortable and not that expensive (for a night). Has foxtel, full cooking and laundry facilities and a carpark (paid parking). Rooms are clean and modern. WIFI is available at a small cost.

Friendly staff always keen to help. Clean rooms with all the basic requirements for a few nights stay. A bonus with Foxtel T/V. Very central to the Hunter Mall for shopping and plenty of eating establishments although not a lot open at night.

It wasn't until we checked in that we found out that the rooms are only serviced every 4 days. Our stay was only 4 days, so the towels and bedding weren't changed and the rooms/bathroom weren't cleaned. The bathroom was tired and grubby looking and there were squashed food marks on the upholstery in the living room. The garage was...
