The room itself is nice and what you expect for a hotel but its just the cleaniness that lets the place down. Toenails on the floor, hair on the couches and in the shower, also mould in the shower. No soap at all.

So so so very basic and dated. Foyer has been revamped but don't set expectations based on that. Do not take someone here to impress them try the Novotel around the corner. The carpets have had their day and need replacing - seriously soiled and kinda gross. Bathrooms have had a slap of paint over the tiles which makes them...

We stayed in a queen room with a view. Basic and reasonably clean. Bed was comfy. Quiet and convenient location. Access is all automated, which worked well. Parking on street and undercover for a little extra $.

Last minute decision for a weekend getaway. The location is lovely.. Walking distance to a lot of beach and lots of eateries. Parking- its a game of chance. You have to pay for parking on the street in front of the hotel (if there is a spot at night), and its extra charge to park in the locked hotel car...

The location great, right next to the beach, the room was large and the price was good but it is not worth the low price. The whole place is in need of upgrade and service is non existent. The room smelled and I woke up to find a cockroach crawling on the bed. Not a nice feeling. The place advertises...

This is a hotel without reception Email sent with entrycode was wrong They appeared to have forgotten about my booking. A long and costly intercontinental phone call (to be paid by me) was necessary to correct their mistake Rooms were only marginally clean; cockroaches are included in the price (which is quite expensive) as well as a broken safe

A Horrible hotel system: no lobby, only contact by email and phone. The email which should contain an access code was sent a few hours before scheduled arrival, and not 24 hours before arrival. And did NOT contain an access code. When calling, they could not find my reservation, and it costed me 40$ of phone costs before I received...

Good location; Right beside nobbys beach & 5minute taxi from warf. Room was clean and basic. Shower head is a pain for tall people as it's very low. Secure parking underneath if selected during booking. HOWEVER the one thing we really weren't impressed about was not being told it was 22 dollars extra for parking AND it was taken from...

I didn't read the reviews before booking and if I had I probably wouldn't have booked. We stayed here because of the location and Noah's was all booked out. It wasn't awful, just meh. The keyless entry was new for me but there were no issues, it just felt creepy not having a reception. The room hasn't been updated since...

Just checked in to a smelly room at the Newcastle Beach hotel. Not even sure if the bathroom has been cleaned. If not for the fresh towels, I would suspect we'd checked into the wrong room! There's no front desk staff, nobody is answering the local number listed on the kiosk and the mobile number posted on the door has...
