Stopped in here on a walk back into town for a couple of drinks. Freshly renovated pub. We were here on a Tuesday lunchtime so it was quiet. the guy at the bar was great and made the experience that much better. I would return for a feed next time I am in town after the friendly experience. Thanks for the friendly atmosphere.

Randomly went here on a Saturday night. They definitely gear the place to the towns younger crowd on Saturdays with plastic cups and tight security. Night club vibe (or as much as you can have in COVID with no dancing etc). Bar Staff/Security were mostly on the young side too but really reasonable and friendly. Good service at the bar. Would happily go back - imagine the vibe would be very different at other times of the week.

Thought we would try out the newly renovated and transformed Hotel Orange for dinner. What a wonderful surprise it was a quiet Tuesday night and the young man serving was attentive and helpful the food was delicious. Salt and pepper squid entree - best in the town. I had the oven baked barramundi with roast veg and everything on the plate was good to perfection (& and we eat out A LOT). Husband had the salmon gravy lax and seafood schnitzel and he too was raving about his dish. All I can say to you is give this place a try it is one of the best pub feeds in town now.!!! Well done to everyone involved- see you again !! PS the wine menu has some good choices but the best ones are only by the bottle which was a shame I would like to see more options to the glass of wine list but that is all I could fault.
