First of all, photos don’t do the villas justice. This 1brm villa with a bathtub is fairly modern looking, extremely well kept and clean, with gorgeous high ceilings and comes equipped with just about everything you would need.
What my husband & I loved the most, is that after a long day travelling to get here, you don’t have to fuss with a reception to check in. You simply drive in the gate, ring the mobile stated on the sign, (we spoke to John) and drive straight to the door of your villa, really convenient.
Our villa was lovely and warm on arrival (being Winter)so was greatly appreciated. The fireplace with plenty of firewood provided was magic. We cooked our own breakfasts in the villa and ate out for lunch and dinner everyday. Restaurant Botannica where we enjoyed dinner one night is only a 4 min drive away.
The kitchen has a 2 element stovetop, no oven which was fine as there is a lidded bbq on the deck. The only addition I would recommend is a suitcase stand in the bedroom.
We would most definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others who are thinking of doing the same.

We only checked in a few hours ago but we're so impressed I had to write my review now! Not only did we get an early check in (1pm normally 3pm) we have the whole estate to ourselves for the evening (no other guests tonight) Check in is a phone call to John who directs you to your parking area and allocates your villa. We had a two bedroom villa. Keys are already waiting for you. We had villa 5 over looking the pond and adjacent vineyards. Villa is spectacularly clean. Large bottle of sanitizer for the current climate. Lovely amenities in the bathroom. The two bedroom villa does have a bathtub and two bathrooms, heated lights in bathroom, built in robes and fans/air con in all rooms. Bed is comfortable and towels are supplied. Kitchen is fully equipped. Loads of glassware and plastic ware for the pool trips. Everything you need in a kitchen. Coffee plunger and ground coffee for the morning. All sorts of tea, sachets of coffee as well. Large 1 litre milk included. Loads of space for four people, open plan living, dining kitchen area. Smart tv in lounge room with hdmi hook up. Giant deck with a large bbq and plenty of seating . Pool and hot tub free to use no bookings required. Wildlife plenty, ducks, birds, kangaroos. Not too far from town but far enough away to feel totally secluded. John and Trish are very welcoming hosts! Will absolutely come back and have to check a one bedroom villa!

We stayed with family for a wedding all having our own villas and we had a wonderful time. The villa was well appointed with everything that we needed for a weekend stay. We had a one bedroom with 2 fold outs for the kids in the same room and their was plenty of room- very spacious bedroom! The grounds are lovely to wake up to and kids loved spotting the wild kangaroos. But more importantly, the hosts were amazing! I accidentally left something behind and Trish was amazing in her care in finding it and sending it back to me. Will definitely come again. Thank u

Went away for the weekend. Accomodation was in a nice spot, pretty views. However, bathroom door didn’t completely close and when you turned shower on, if you weren’t holding the nozzle for the shower it automatically turned and sprayed all over the inside of the bathroom. I left an item at my accomodation. I emailed them asking if it was there and got a short reply saying they don’t think so but will check and ask the house cleaners and get back to me. I never got a reply. I emailed again a week later double checking if they had found it. No reply at all. Not even a “sorry we can’t find it”. I have plans to return to the Hunter Valley and I will not be staying at Beltana Villas.

We recently booked every villa for the Bridal party and immediate family for our daughter’s wedding. I couldn’t praise the whole property highly enough if I tried. The villas are spacious and well appointed with everything we required. They were absolutely perfect. The property with its beautiful views were great for pre-wedding photos and is located very close to the White Barn where the wedding was held. We will definitely be staying again. I highly recommend Beltana Villas to anyone wanting to stay in the Pokolbin area.

We spent 3 nights at Beltana Villas. The villa was spotless and extremely well equipped. The location was stunning and was so quiet and peaceful. The villas have a private deck overlooking the grounds and has a personal bbq. Our host John could not do enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay

I stayed recently, the Villa is so comfortable, felt like being at home. Beautiful sounds of birds and well kept gardens, we relaxed as soon as we arrived. Kitchen has everything you need, the verandah area was so relaxing to sit and watch the sun go down. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Beltana Villas agai over New Year as done in tge last 3 years. Despite extreme weather conditions we had a most wonderful time and surely will be back. This villas are beautifully located, peaceful , clean and close to shopping . Spa and pool and super airconditioning help us in the heat.

A good option. Photos are accurate. Clean, well equipped. Views are lovely from villa 1. ...a 5 minutes walk to lovely pool which is lovely especially on hot 33c day. Few maintenance items. Deck is lovely though less so on 33c ++ afternoon. Villa 1deck faces west socopes setting hot sun. Air-conditioning very useful..evening bedroom. Easy walk from villa 1 car park. Easy check in , key in door, Air-conditioning on.
Negative is it was 25 minutes drive to the main mid week open vineyards in traditional Pokolbin region. Villas closer to Belford. One direction old north road is unsealed. Sealed option only extra 5 minutes to Pokolbin main region ( Harrigans, Brokenwood, Drayton, Ivanhoe).

My husband and I stayed here a few months ago for the first time and we were blown away. The villa was spacious, full of light, and extremely clean. The fireplace was amazing and the view is serene. This has become our go-to, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We are booked to stay here again this weekend and we cannot wait.

Yes we have 2 wheelchair designed one bedroom villas and both of our 2 bedroom villas are wheelchair accessible. However the level of suitability in the 2 bed villas would depend on the level of ability the guest.Please call any time to discuss.

The Villas are on the Old North Rd side of the property, very short walk. We had a coach pick us up and it turned into the entrance and had a pick up time and we were sitting waiting, when it arrived we just walked to it, no problem. We were in Villa 1.
There are more places to choose from in the Pokolbin area.
