Stayed here for 2 nights recently - wonderful place, so quiet and peaceful, self-contained, very clean and cozy. Great location - very central to everything. Only issue was that the pull out sofa bed had the thinnest mattress I have ever encountered - ended up putting the other couch cushions underneath for extra support.

We had a 5 night stay here. What a great experience ! Lovely self contained cottages. So private and peaceful. Clean and very cosy. Central to wineries etc.Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for the first morning. Will definitely return and would highly recommend !

Well folks, guess what! Since my last somewhat scathing review of Twin Trees Country Cottages my wife and I have been back twice. the most recent visit being for three nights just last week, 24 March to 27 March. we have also booked for five nights in late December. What has happened, you may ask? You may recall from my...

A great place for a get away, close to wineries and great for concerts. Abit pricy for a weekend as you have to book a min of 2 nights. There is no shade near the pool. Staff were helpful and nice and there was a nice breakfast for the first morning.

Stayed a couple of times now. I agree with the previous reviewer. It is a wonderful and central location; but not luxurious. Practical, no-frills and more suited to young families. Not romantic. Does need updating. But still had a very relaxing time drinking wine on the balcony. Stayed one very hot Christmas Day and the air con simply could not...

Their location is very central and convenient to the wineries of Pokolbin with wonderful local wildlife which was very special. The aroma of I believe eucalyptus outside was great. I saw a mob of kangaroos almost each time I stepped out for a stroll and many new birds. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked,...

Been a while since I stayed here (2005 ?), but it is always on my mind...being a city chick, the country air brought peace and blissful feelings...such a lovely feeling .... I would definitely come again indeed

The location is great, close to lots of wineries and an easy walk to the concert venues. One down fall was the price which was over the top. The property also desperately needs updating and major cleaning.

A very secluded and peaceful area, the other cottages are just about out of eyesight. The location is close to the all the wineries. Loved the local wildlife, breakfast daily with the kangaroos and birdlife The only downfall is the property is on the market and the owners are a bit slack with maintenance.

This place could be so good, but needs lots of loving attention. The location is great; the privacy is great; the concept is superb. So, what's the problem you ask? Well, here's the thing. We stayed at Twin Trees exactly 12 months ago, Xmas/New Year 2012. Everything was great, except it needed a jolly good clean and some modernisation. We...

“If you're looking for a great hot shower with great water pressure, I wouldn't choose this location. There was only an air conditioner installed on the wall in the living dining area so bedrooms might be very hot in the heat of summer. Overprice for lack of luxury in our opinion.”
