Had a booking for Superior King Room on a Saturday night. First confusion was with booking.com they allowed a 1 night booking, when I called the hotel to pay they told me they only take 2 nights minimum. Arriving I was pointed in the direction of my room. On Entering the room smelt a little mouldy. I was in a...

We stayed in a room with a verandah and grass area outside. The room was clean and a very good size while the view to the grass area was most relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was excellent. The location is superb allowing easy access to the whole wine country area.

The hotel is starting to look a little tired and the breakfast is very average for an expensive hotel. However, a good location, service was good, dinner in the restaurant was very nice. In general, a good weekend.

Very poor customer service attitude for the hospitality industry. Cancelled plans to stay in near future. Will not return until mangement changes their approach to service. Fortunately many better choices available.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Resort. Lovely light, large bedroom with patio doors opening up so you could sit outside on the table and chairs provided. Nice modern bathroom with toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean and maintained. Enjoyed a nice evening meal in their restaurant. Would certainly stay again.

Very nice feel to this property, central to everything. Tried their spa and really enjoyed it. We were in block 9 and it had a lovely garden area of the back balcony. Had adjoining room with friends and was great!

We have stayed here before. Staff are exceptionally friendly and professional and also helpful. The rooms are a good size along with good size bathrooms. Rooms are immaculately clean which each room on lower ground floor with its own small courtyard overlooking the pool and gardens. Since our last visit last year, the gardens are still sensati9onal which is a...

Would certainly stay again, good location, great room with good facilities. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful regarding local area. Walking distance to a few wineries. Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the hotel. Breakfast the next morning was very good. Ample parking.

We stayed at the Mercure for two nights when we went to a concert at Roche Estate which is right across the road. On the first night we ate at the restaurant on site and the meal was incredible. We ate three courses and each was perfect. The wine we drank was also high quality and local. We were up...

Attended a great wedding at nearby Pepper Creek and this was ultra close. Room was large with an enclosed terrace, spotlessly clean and the bed was enormous and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
