Room had a great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit outdated and old looking, it needs a face lift. Bed was awesome very comfortable. Shower was also great, I like a lot of water pressure and this did not disappoint. we checked under the bed when we were leaving and was disappointed to find a lot of...

We recently stayed at this hotel for the Port Macquarie Running Festival. Our family of 4, (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 5) had a great time. Our room was nice and clean and had 2 queen size beds. The size of the room was great with plenty of space. The pool and spa was fabulous. The location...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I agree the hotel is well placed for making the most of the CBD and the range of Restaurants on the block. The Running Festival finish at the front of the hotel would have been handy for you and hope that you enjoyed the run. It sounds...

Room 210 - standard King room - dirty stained carpet, rusty lamp fittings (photo), dirty grubby chairs (photo). There was a huge old desk in corner of room - just stored there, serving no purpose. Desk top old and word (photo) Check in experience bad - 2 ladies on desk too busy chatting to each other and a lady with...

I recently attended a high tea with several others at Ridges. Food was very nice and well presented but the down side was there were no spoons in the jam and cream for the scones and no sugar on the tables for our tea and coffee. We have been to other venues for high tea where we were offered a...

A great little get away for the weekend. Hotel room was very nice, awesome views of the water. Check in staff were very helpful and so were the restaurant staff. A nice surprise was the port Macquarie fun run which was running right outside the hotel on Sunday morning.

Thanks for taking the time to complete a review of your recent stay. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The outlook from the hotel overlooking Hastings River to the Sea is lovely and having the Town Green in front of the hotel (where the Fun Run finished) allows us uninterrupted views. Thanks again for the patronage and we look...

When in Port we always stay at Rydges City (last visit in August, 2016) and are Priority Guest Reward Members. We stayed for 3 nights in February. This time, from check-in we were disappointed. We found the service in Zebu average compared to previous stays and any consideration for Guests (not involved in Corporate Function in Foyer) missing completely. I...

Thanks for taking the time to write a review in relation to your recent stay. I was most concerned to read your feedback and let me apologise for the inconvenience caused. We had a large dinner on that weekend that used our lobby area for a quick pre function space before heading up to their dinner so do apologise if...

We have stayed before and find the location appealing. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony view over the river. We stayed during a weekend night and whilst there was a large crowd at a nearby hotel, the room was blisfully quiet. Our room was starting to age and a refurbishment...

Stayed here in Room 309 on Saturday 25th. It had a river view, balcony and king bed. It's pricey, but location is great, view is great and the room was a good size. Couldn't fault the staff either. It was probably $40 more than you'd pay in a capital city but they can get it due to the lack of...

Thanks again for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate the feedback. We stayed for 1 night on 13/02/17 whilst on our way driving to Bryon Bay, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Our room was clean and very comfortable and spacious. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate the feedback. Fantastic view overlooking The Hastings River. My room had a balcony which allowed me to watch the people walking alongside the waterfront. The room was large and well appointed although the shower is over the bath which can be both difficult and dangerous. Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at the Hotel and I am glad that you enjoyed most aspects of your stay. Breakfast and Car parking are individual charges as some guests choose to utilise these facilities whilst others don't. The most competitive breakfast pricing is built into the Bed and Breakfast packages. Thanks again...
