This is a motel. If I had been expecting a motel, my stay would have been fine. Maybe 3 out of 5. But I was expecting a boutique hotel with crisp linen, white walls, home cooked food, flowers etc. and I arrived after a long day to a dated old motel which smells like an old people's home of the...

We booked a deluxe king room with water views and what a joke that was. A measly glimpse of water through the side car park. The website advertises falsely on the quality of this so called 'boutique' hotel. There is nothing appealing or boutique about this place whatsoever. It needs a complete renovation, the rooms smelled musty and old and...

I could have tolerated the dated and tacky rooms and I could have over looked the fact that we were unable to sit in the balcony due to the cigarette smoke from the balcony next door. To tell you the truth having to listen to loud music coming from a venue two rooms away was starting to annoy me at...

Don't let the photos on the internet fool you into thinking that waters edge is a nice motel. Yes the outside area has been redone and there is a nice deck overlooking the water but that is it. The rooms are disgusting, loud and small. We booked a "water view room" so we thought we would have a nice view...

Torn between a 2 & a 3 to be honest, you just cannot market yourself as a boutique hotel when your carpets, walls & doors are all varying shades of brown, popping some modern art on the wall doesn't cut it. No mini bar, rooms look like they're from the 80's and are in serious need of a refurb, no...

I normally stay at this hotel on the drive from Moreton Bay area to Queanbeyan. The beds are great and the hotel is always quiet even when its fill booked out. I would recommend this hotel. The pool is great.

What a wonderful escape. All of the staff from reception to wait staff to housekeeping were happy and friendly and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Close to many clubs and hotels and within comfortable walking distance to all of the town's shops.

very expensive for the price the only thing going for it is the location. The rooms are small without any fans in the bathroom and the paint on the walls was chippped and the entire room needed a facelift. Paid $230 a night over the xmas holidays which was an absolute joke. Paid for a deluxe which was suppose to...

Beautiful location with pool, right on the water. This hotel is dated. Looks like it was a very nice hotel 20-30 years ago. We were bitten by something in the bed. The air conditioner didn't work properly. There were bugs like small cockroaches in the bathroom at night. The toilet leaked. The buffet breakfast was ordinary.
