Firstly let me say this hotel is not shabby, however some things have alot to be desired. The rooms decor is Still in ok condition but badly dated but then they probably cater to an older crowd so I'll let it slide. For the price we were disappointed, wifi is free for 100mb then $25.50 for 24 hours, oh yea...

1. Booked for 4 adults but they couldnt find their records so had to charge me twice ( each staff member had a different opinion of this) 2. Room Was pretty old and not as nice as pictures ...window didn't open and no Aircon so really stuffy 3. Staff were rude when deciding to charge for the 3rd and 4th...

Had a refurbished king room. Bed very comfortable, room clean and spacious. Great breakfast included in accommodation package along with free Wi-Fi and parking. Staff friendly and obliging. Located close enough to CBD for walking to shops and restaurants.

As a card carrying GC guest, the allocation of Room 2024 with a known noise issue and no warning from Reception about what is clearly a problem, has had a terminal affect on our relationshippof some years.

The service and location was really good. I think the room needed improvement. The light was dim and one of the lights was not even working. There was coffee stain on the cups and no price list for the minibar items.

Our family had a wonderful stay, very clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. The hotel is in walking distance to shops, and provides onsite parking. The staff were very nice and we will definitely visit again.

We stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The staff were all lovely and eager to help. The Hotel itself is a close walk to everything you need including shopping, restaurants and The James Boags Brewery. We even took a short 20min walk to Cataract Gorge. A very enjoyable stay.

Our room on the 1st floor was slightly underwhelming, old fashioned bathroom , not much of a view as we basically overlooked the awning. No concierge to assist with our bags and then we had to pay for parking, Breakfast was very good. I think WIFI was included , although we didnt use it.

Stayed one night here on business. Very limited choices for dinner in the restaurant. Had a room on the first floor which overlooked the plant room. Had a sleepless night due to the very loud noise from the plant room (aircon switching in and out I guess) all night long. If you choose to saty here get a room higher...
