Wow where do I start right from the very first contact via email Joe was amazing, friendly and sooooo very helpful. When we arrived after a very long flight we were greeted with a gift of local fudge which was so yummy. The house well what can I say it was perfect. The view from the bedrooms and lounge room...

We stayed at 92a Forest road apartments for 3 nights & I can say that next time we visit Tassie I will be booking here again for sure! Believe me when I tell you that Jo has thought of everything plus much much more. Our 3 kids were never bored with the range of activities provided: craft cupboard, toys (so...

Handy location for the city with nice views. The kids will amuse themselves for hours in the sloping garden with bunnies at the bottom. Jo goes out of her way to help and the place has the feel of someone trying their best for you to enjoy it. If the kids were in charge we'd be here every year!

Our family has never experienced anything as good as Forest Road Apartments. Everything has been thought of from couples to family's with small children and big children. You know it's good when nobody is interested in going home after a week away. It is all the small things that have been thought of that makes it so different to the...

I have stayed in many different styles of accommodation over the years but I would have to say that Forest road Apartments is on the top of my list! The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had every basic you could ask for from wifi to a great selection of DVD's to watch. Close to the city and amenities,...

Stayed 4 nights with my sister and elderly parents. Good size for 4 people. Many nice touches such as the ingredients to make a tray of muffins for breakfast on the first morning, full range of breakfast cereals, well stocked kitchen with basic cooking ingredients, plenty of utensils, crockery etc. Mini laptop and loads of extra brochures/travel info to go...

Our party of four adults stayed at Forest Road for two nights (wish it could have been longer). Jo, the owner, has thought of everything...the apartment is stocked with lots of extras including magazines, books, games, DVDs, food staples, shampoo/conditioner, toys and books for the kids, the list goes on. Set back high on the hill (it is on a...

We stayed in 92a and have been blown away by all the extras and attention to detail in the apartment. To say it's family friendly is an understatement... Our kids beds were made up with toys and books relevant to their age... There is a cupboard of craft supplies...Lego, Duplo, dolls, books... Baking supplies for muffins...then there are the rabbits...

The moment you walk in the door, you are hit in the face with stunning views over the Tamar River. As other reviews have noted, the apartments are well stocked with cereals, fresh eggs, tea, coffee, free WIFI and printer (if needed). The rooms are very spacious and beds comfortable; the shower was hot and had good water flow. The...

We (2 adults and 2 toddlers) spent two weeks staying in Apartment 92A. It is clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail has been given to putting the Apartment together. It is so well set out and all of the thoughtful little touches mean that it is very easy to settle in and never want to leave!...

“The are two sides to the house - we had the left one that has the veranda you see in the images. Although there were people staying next door we did not see nor hear them. I assume the owner lives in the house underneath but did not hear nor see them either. Very private and felt like home”
