We stayed in the Governor's room as part of a Couples Gold weekend. Great access to Sovereign Hill and whereby you could go in and out as you please. Lovely big room and bathroom, amazing breakfast and staff who were always helpful, friendly and polite. Great package deal, highly recommended.

Great location to access Sovereign Hill just a quick walk of 30 metres and you are there. We stayed in a Sovereign room which was nice but really just lacked a bit space for things like luggage as we stayed 2 nights. The room heating worked well and the Queen bed was very comfortable. The ensuite shower was very small and...

Came and stayed for the weekend with a 4 year old and 6 year old. There is so much to do and see and learn about at Sovereign Hill itself. The kids enjoyed panning for gold, the underground mine tour and the Blood on the Southern Cross show the best. We chose a package deal through Sovereign Hill Hotel which...

Nice quiet location out of town next to Sovereign Hill tourist attraction. Very clean, very quiet. Great buffet breakfast included in cost. Very comfortable King size bed. Only problem we had was that the heating would not work but it was not extremely cold so okay but this would be an issue in colder months.

We stayed here for two nights to visit family, without actually going to the park. The accomodation was excellent, clean and tidy. Check-in was easy and the staff very helpful. Parking is free and only a short walk to the accommodation. If you are visiting the park, you can't get better than this!!!

How cool is it to have your own portal into history? For a nerd like me, super-cool. When you stay here, you walk down through the Chinese Protector's Office and head into Sovereign Hill park and 1850's Ballarat... Once you walk back through - a well appointed room with a huge king bed and massive bathroom with tons of light...

We visited for the weekend and chose the family gold package. It is worth every cent! The room was really basic but not in a bad way. It was clean and really comfortable. A huge bath that we unfortunately didn't get time to try out. I'm sure it would be fantastic though. The bed was sooo comfortable! The staff: Honestly,...
