Comfortable beds and spotless rooms . Newly renovated bathroom with good quality towels. Friendly, obliging staff . Close walk to restaurants and shops which are plentiful. We will definitely stay here again.

After 9 pm the Motel is closed. It looked Clean and Nice inside as well as outside but We found a body hair and a small big in our bed. Strikt checking out at 10 am. No restaurant within the property but Still possible to order breakfast.

Dear JGBC2014, It is very disappointing to see your review, in particular you title, which I feel is both nasty and inaccurate. Our property not only ranks in the top 10 properties in Warrnambool on TripAdvisor but also ranks top ten on nearly all third party websites. Yes our reception closes at 9pm (like every other motel in Warrnambool) and your arrival was after 9pm but everything was well planned for you. Even though we do close at 9pm as owner of our hotel my personal number is available to all guests inside the guest compendium and is also available whenever a guest calls reception after hours: so if you choose to stay with us you will be always looked after even after closing. All linen is cleaned daily at professional off site laundry service. I cannot explain how there would be any hair on your sheets. If you happened to find a bug in the room I can only say this; all rooms open to the outside and it is possible for small insects/bugs to enter the rooms when the doors are left open. We most definitely do NOT have a strict check out policy. We try to be as lenient as possible when people are checking out and if a late check out is organised prior to arrival or at check in we do our very best to accommodate. Sometime it is just not possible due to housekeeping commitments. On your day of departure we gave you a courtesy call at approximately 10:15am (15 minutes pass the latest check out time). You checked out at 10.30am without penalty. We do not advertise anywhere that we have a restaurant so this should not have come as a surprise to you and given your late arrival time you would not have been looking for dinner. Our perfect city location makes walking to all restaurants so easy and there is a fabulous Thai restaurant; Khao Thai located right next door to us. Yes we provided breakfast (both continental and cooked) in house as room service seven days a week starting from 6:45 am. I hope that you enjoy the rest of your Australian Holiday and consider your words for your next review, especially as every business you review works extremely hard on a daily bases to provide the best possible experience for their guests/customers. There is parking available. The location is near the centre of the town but it is a longish walk. The receptionist was very helpful. The reception closes at 9pm. The rooms are basic but well maintained and very clean. Great value for money!

You title does upset me a little as I do not feel that we are basic especially considering all the major upgrades (18 fully renovated bathrooms) we have done over the last four years.
