Beautiful hostel! I had a 4 share dorm all to myself. No bunks! Yay :) However, I woke up at 4am as the street cleaners and rubbish collectors started making noise right under my window. The other surprise was a closed kitchen. Upon checking in I was not told about this, so, as I was woken up that early I...

Good day thank you for reviewing our hostel. You bring up several valid points and I would like to take up this opportunity to respond to them. The kitchen is open every morning at 6.30am. We are sorry you did not find the doorway in. Upstairs there is a kitchen sink area on the verandah which has beautiful fresh water...

We stayed here for one night in a double room. Nicely presented, with a tv and fridge, fairly priced. Kitchen seemed well equipped though we didn't really use it other than to make some cups of tea. Kitchen closes from 9pm to 6.30am which seemed odd to me but I guess you shouldn't really need to use it outside these...

My friends and I arrived here late and left early as we were heading north. So i can only comment on a night's stay. It's nice and clean, with tall ceilings and a relaxed atmosphere. The small dorm room beds are comfortable and the showers are hot and powerful. I would recommend staying here.

Simple backpackers in the heart of the town. Travelled there with my rugby team for an overnight trip from Perth. Boundaries were set early on, and no issues at all. Some of us had trouble getting in after hours, but that was our own fault for not enquiring about after hours access. All in all a good experience, beds comfy...

Nice old, but well maintained building. Bathroom is clean, big kitchen. Some free car spot. Big dinning - tv room with pool table. It was just really cold, I was there at winter, they don't have heater. I asked reception. The location is great, across the road of the beach.

I stayed here on a Saturday for one night, I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Location is as good as you'll get anywhere in Geraldton, even most of the much more expensive hotels and motels don't have such a good location, this hostel is backing right onto the beach, step out the back door and across the...

We really enjoyed our stay at Foreshore Backpackers! The owners were so friendly and helpful! They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as they could. The hostel has an awesome location with great views, a nice main lounge area with a pool table (free!) and a second one with a big tv and at least a hundred movies....

I've traveled quite a bit in a lot of different places and usually hostels have a bit of expected seediness to it, or at least a feeling that the owners are cutting corners in order to make as much as possible. For instance, lounges might be real shoddy, or the people working at the front desk will be real surly....

Great little hostel, with good facilities, and a little bit of effort to niceness of facilities. Beds were actually good. But the place would definitely need a renovation soon taking into consideration some stoves were broken etc. Saturday night there was a loud party nearby, possibly a karaoke bar. Would stay here again.
