We are a regular visitor to Kalgoorlie and we never stay anywhere else than the Rydges Kalgoorlie. The rooms are excellent and value for money. The staff always greet us with a warm welcome and go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rydges are centrally located to the city centre with only a 2-3 minute...

nice enough room, but sink tap was very loose, bedside lamp was slack and wobbled on the stand, cobwebs in the bathroom and bath mat missing Duvet were not inside a cover just between sheets and stained !! Reported to reception and asked to rectify, but this didn't happen, even though the room was serviced every day of our 3...

I had the Scotch Fillet with the red wine jus and it was one the best steaks I've ever eaten! The service was friendly and prompt plus the serving size was generous. We booked a table for 9 with short notice and they were able to accommodate us being the busy Easter weekend. I would definitely return to the Prime...

I booked the April special including breakfast and it did not show on my account. When discussing with staff there was no flexibility despite the offer still being advertised. I stayed over the weekend which offers a different and cheaper rate than weekdays, so staff used my cheaper rate to justify why breakfast was not included. However this was not...

We arrived here later in the evening. It was after a fairly long day of driving on our way back from Perth towards the east. We got in and were given a really nice room, but were going to grab something to eat but the restaurant were in the process of closing which we were fine with and were going...

A great lunch special for $24. We both had a steak sandwich with a glass of house white. The service was friendly, helpful, quick and delicious, will be back for sure to try other specials on the menu.

My room was awesome, bed very comfortable, simple minimalistic kitchen facilities which was a bonus to expectations, bathroom was wow and I LOVED it. A big bonus was secure off road parking. I felt the dining room did let things down a little, un-necessarily miss-matched cups and saucers, coffee cups were clean, but with caffeine staining inside, could have been...

The hotel was well appointed to the town, somethings can do with a little "overhaul". Curtains etc needed a little refreshing. But on the whole, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very obliging. We hired a car for the four days we were there and travelled far and wide to see all the sights. A very interesting place as both...
