Found the owners of the property to be quite rude and inconsiderate, rooms were small, ill equipped (lacked enough toilet paper - only given 2 rolls- and towels, and had no soap) and felt judged as soon as I arrived. My party was questioned on our intentions for our stay (we are mid 30s professionals down for the Christmas break)...

We stopped here overnight on our journey across the country. Good value, peaceful, comfortable bed and you really get that Margaret River feel - that it's famous for. Plus's are, close to the town centre to sample the many restaurants. We found the grounds well kept and plenty room to park especially with trailers or the like. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in one of the two-bedroom detached cottages located in a peaceful rural area but only a short drive to the town centre. The spacious accommodation was extremely clean and well-equipped. There was stunning open wooded countryside surrounding the property. An ideal spot for watching the birds and in an adjoining field wild kangaroos could be seen regularly. On...

My partner and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was exactly what I dreamed of. The location is amazing, less than 5 minutes drive to Margaret River town centre and on the same street there is Yahava Koffee Works which is the local coffee hotspot as well as local wineries. John is great, he is very helpful,...

We stayed in one of the guest rooms and were able to enjoy not only comfortable accommodation but all the fabulous wildlife on offer. One morning we were greeted with views from our little back porch of kangaroos mixing with...

Stayed for 2 nights in November. Such a lovely place to stay, beautiful outlook amongst the trees and lake, lots of birdlife, it was hard to leave, and wish I could have stayed longer. I stayed in a lodge room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. John and Lynne were very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in...

This was our second stay at Marri Lodge. Once again John was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a spa room for two nights, and it was very comfortable. Convenient, as our favourte coffee spot Yahava Koffeeworks is just up the road and we made several visits there. It's conveniently located close to town and surrounding wineries, also to...

Enjoyed self-catering breakfast at the beautiful garden view with bird singing in the morning and BBQ in the evening. We also enjoyed morning walk in the garden and pond. The owner is very gentle and kind. The room is spacious and cozy. Close to town and wineries. If you are looking for a simple, cozy, quiet, convenient, and reasonable place...
