Stayed here on Monday night and everything OK. Was shown a couple of rooms and took a 1 bedroom unit. NZD$140.00 for the night including 30meg, normally NZD$12.00, of internet data. Strange as all signage says free internet. Anyway all clean and tidy but a little dated. Comfortable bed and good nights sleep!

Our job has us away from home 7 weeks out of 10. Whilst away, we stay in many hotels and Motels throughout the country. When working in Palmerston North we choose to stay at the Camelot over others because of its cleanliness, friendliness and location. We find the hosts both polite, friendly and attentive. We would, without hesitation recomend to any...

Overnight stays away from home is a fact of life for me with my job averaging 70 nights per annum NZ wide so I get to test them all and it isn't long before you work out where you are going to get the best. Willie, Peggy and the team at the Camelot tick all the boxes when it comes...

My hubby is a rep.Now and again I take a week off work and travel with him.I have stayed several times with him at Camelot. A lovely spotless motel with awesome friendly hosts.I have worked and also run motels periodically so know just where to look for hidden fluff and stuff but could never ever fault the cleanliness at Camelot.As...

I have been staying at the Camelot for over five plus years now on at least a monthly basis. I am extremely fussy with the cleaniless of were I stay and have never had an issuse here. The rooms are always clean and sparkling and very homely and have very little road noise compared to other Palmerston North motels -...

We stayed here for a week due to business, was paid from my new company. I have never felt such disrespect staying at a motel. The place was dirty, the sheets didn't smell clean, the dishes were only half washed! But that was not the worst of it. The manager of the motel felt it was appropriate to walk in...

A good experience that started with the booking. Willie took my details over the phone and I knew instantly that I'd enjoy my stay here. Its a well situated within the CBD. The motel is priced at a similar level to many other Palmerston North Motels but its location is what makes it my preference.

And friendly hosts, not more than three stars, but gets five stars for cleanliness and hospitality. Don't write it off! We stayed next to a noisy family, who left early but weren't too organised, so hollered for an hour The place was clean, the bed was comfy and we would stay again
