I spent 9 nights @ Miranda Holiday Park in Dec. 2015, especially to soak in the thermal pool & "chill" in the lovely camping environment. The premises are well maintained & facilities are spotless. I rented a one bedroom family cabin that sleeps 5 w/ a well equipped kitchen & private bathroom. The staff are friendly & helpful. Amenities include...

We had a very roomy property, with kitchen, sitting room and veranda; it was a semi-detached unit behind the tennis court, so very quiet. There is a jacuzzi-style spa pool with little alcoves to sit in, and at this time of the year was nicely quiet. This is in quite an isolated area but there is a place just walking...

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and were delighted with the site. We found everything to be of a very high standard with the spa pool being open until late, a real bonus. The staff were very welcoming and we will certainly be back. A real find - just lovely.

We dropped in to the site after "free camping" in the area in our motorhome. We also wanted to have a dip in the hot pools and recharge our motorhome batteries. The facilities are very good and clean. There is plenty of room and there are laundry facilities on site. The pools were great, especially after 8pm when there is...

This was our third visit. Love this place. We think it's probably the best run and kept camping ground in NZ. The hot pool there tops off the whole experience. Make sure you have food with you as there isn't anywhere decent to eat or shop nearby.

The most appalling customer service I have ever dealt with. We had organised a large family weekend there - Happy with the Apartment (which was obviously the work of the old owners) but the NEW AND CURRENT OWNERS are absolutely appalling and have the VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER DEALT WITH. Our bookings were stuffed up twice,...

We are deeply concerned that you have had such an experience at our Park. We as owners work closely with our managers to try to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible. We are continually updating/adding facilities with a Frisby Golf course, 18 hole mini putt, volley ball court all added in 2015, together with an extension to the BMX...

Stayed here over Anniversary weekend. Probably the cleanest camping ground we have ever been in. Although we had no children we were extremely impressed with the huge range of free activities available to families. Loved the sheep just outside the fence! A real slice of heaven and a bargain at ninety eight dollars for two nights for two of us....

I had so much fun here. They had a thermal pool, tennis court, volleyball net, pingpong table so the kids (and adults) were always occupied. Really great service at reception and the toilets and kitchen were regularly cleaned. I would've enjoyed the trip more if it didn't rain :( as it rained our whole trip and we had to cut...

In early 2015 we booked a two bedroom unit for three nights in January 2016. The operators at the time of booking took the full cost of the unit from our credit card. On arrival we were allocated to unit 7. The unit at the time was suffering from a terrible infestation of ants. An ant problem was clearly known...
