Well what can I say, a nice site, a bit removed from supplies, so pick them up on the way. The butterfly Garden is really a unique feature and well worth popping in. The walk on the gold Miners trail ( on the sites flyer you get when you arrive ) is well worth it, but it is tough. Hard... More

This holiday park is located near main road in Coromandel, but it is still far enough to remain silent even when there is a lot of traffic in the road. We camped here with a campervan and were happy with the experience. The showers facilities were clean, the washing machine did a good job in cleaning our stuff and there... More

This Holiday park is very quiet, The boss is very nice. The toilets and showers are clean, and hot water everytime. There is swimming pool, it is cool for relaxing after a good walk. Or you can watch the tv or to read a book.

We found this Holiday Park 2 years ago, when we were in the Coromandel on a road trip late February. The first time we stayed, we were camping and had a lovely wee area up the back to ourselves. Neighbours were fantastic very friendly. Campground is very quiet after 10pm which is great. Nice and sunny, they give you a... More

Cabin very basic. Mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. Ladies showers had very little water pressure. Very little lighting to find path to shower block at night. A lot of junk stored behind cabins. Only half hour of free wifi. Pool good though.

Lovely site within easy driving distance of Auckland for a first night after picking up an RV. Clean showers and toilets and a lovely climb up the back of the site offers great views of the Coromandel. Take water and wear stout shoes. It's a steep hike!

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely this campground setting was. There is a nice pool to cool down in, lovely big trees and flowering gardens surrounded by bush and a river. The family unit we stayed in was very good. Not modern but clean and with all of the things we needed included. Some of the public facilities did... More
