I stayed on the 3rd floor .. the room was average & the wind was whistling through the window... I've stayed in nicer places for the price.... receptionist was helpful I found her very pleasant. I feel the place its self is very dated.

This place had a pleasant surprise - a beautiful evening meal that surpassed expectations. The price was very reasonable and the meal high quality. The accomodation was very good, clean comfortable and warm. Must mention the staff - very good, helpful and polite.

I have checked in today in your hotel and surprised with the reviews given by people. It is not correct at all.

I am pleased that you had a good stay. Accurate and objective feedback, even where contradictory, can help inform the actions of both potential customers and the hotel management. From the varying reviews it seems that it may be wise for future customers to specify a newer, or upgraded room, when making a booking. Additionally, the hotel could consider introducing a lower category of accommodation, say economy rooms, where updating is needed.
