I booked this cottage for daughter's attending their brothers' wedding, I received much gratitude for securing such wonderful accommodation for them. Loved it, only downside was water pressure in the showers, but this could well be due to the earthquake of 2016. Thank you Jessica, you run a superb accommodation option.

My family recently stayed at Kincaid lodge. We called last minute and by luck they had a booking available. What a stunner. the setting is private and seriously looks like a screen saver. The proximity to town was perfect and it was peaceful and quiet. The accommodation was modern Squeaky clean and set up for an amazing stay. If the...

Driving up the driveway we where already agitated and jumping almost in the car. What a beautiful mainhouse and cosy cottage next door. All in crisp white with a lot of colorfull flowers and a real porch. Just minutes away from Kaikoura. Jessica, is the lovely Swedisch host, who has followed her husband Greg to New Zealand. She is joyfull,...

What is important about a weekend get-away is finding a place like Kincaid, where the personal touches and that extra care and welcoming smile tell you that you are very welcome, your stay is special, and it's time to relax. The views of the mountains are very special...moody when they have cloud...very reminiscent of the highlands, and just fantastic when...

This was our second visit to Kincaid in three years. We just had to return becaue, for us, it is the best cottage we have rented in New Zealand after three trips here. The cottage is beautifully presented and kept immaculately by Jessica, who can't do enough for you. Youreally do feel like an honoured guest. The views of the...

Being the type that like the quiet but still like to be connected we knew Kincaid was for us. It's positioning is prime. It's both peaceful and still handy to all of kaikoura's attractions. The view from the mountains to the sea, across kiwi farmland is healing and inspiring. The cottage is warm and homely yet is modern, clean and...

We stayed in the cottage next to Jessica's house . It is beautifully decorated and has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. It is 10mins drive away from Kaikoura town center. Surrounding mountain view is wonderful. The cottage is spotless clean. Lots of DVDs to watch . Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, tea, herbs, hot chocolate, coffee, and lots more....

We stayed at Kincaid Cottage rather than the lodge. This is a self contained cottage 10 minutes drive from Kaikoura. There are great views of the mountains and farming on all sides. The cottage is well appointed with generous dimensions, and very private. We used it as a base to do the whale watching and peninsula walk, although availed ourselves...

We stayed at the cottage which is totally stunning. The hosts had thought of everything from a toy basket to feeding equipment for the baby, access to tennis courts and a fully equipped house. We couldn't have had a happier stay and would love to come back again another time. The locAtion is stunning and we couldn't recommend it more...

There is nothing we can possibly add to all the glowing reviews already given, but every word you read is absolutely true. Kincaid Lodge was our special treat at the end of a fortnight touring NZ with our two young daughters. We arrived late and cold on the first night to be greeted with an emergency spread of delicious sandwiches...
