My experience differs from many of the reviews I have read on here. Maybe that is because I had a room on the wing that was not facing the road (so no sound issues, in fact my room was dead quiet) and because it was November (so no issues with the absence of air conditioning). Yes, the room is spare, but I would call it Scandinavian spare. It had everything one needed -- a very comfortable bed, a table/desk with good lighting and accessible outlet, a stool you could sit on while using the desk, a side chair, decent spot lighting around the room, a bathroom with hair dryer, a good shower with hot water, a well-working toilet, and a paper drinking cup, a rack that you could hang clothes on and set your suitcase on, and a sheet vinyl floor that looked like carpet -- and nothing extra (no closet, no coffee machine (my one gripe), no dresser, and not a lot of extra space. The breakfast was superb -- including breads, meats, pastries, the ability to boil your own eggs, cereal, yogurt, cheese, a coffee machine that could turn out everythiing from hot chocolate to espresso, and more. You pay extra for breakfast but get good value. Free parking for those who need it. I should also mention that I found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful and fluent in English. And, while it does not serve dinner, there is a nice family restaurant about a 7 minute walk down the road. The cab ride from the airport was 159 DKK with tip. For me, this was the perfect place to stay and refresh/renew after an overnight transatlantic flight. It gave me everything I wanted at a price that wasn't jacked up to cover amenities I was never going to use anyway. I would definitely go there again (but maybe not in summer, but the absence of hotel air is a universal problem in Europe -- I remember a few miserable nights in London, but that's another story.) Parting thougths, it also has some nice common areas to hang out in if you don't want to spend all your time in your room.

We stayed here for three nights.
The hotel is located in a remote location, but with good public transport access (buses 32 and 34 just outside the hotel).
The big mall Field's is only 10 min. away with bus 32. Also, you can easily get to the airport or the city center by bus and metro/train.
The room and the bathroom are small, but they are cozy and clean.
The gym is very nice and it's well equipped for such a small hotel.
All in one, we had a pleasant stay here.

We stayed here for only a few hours before an early flight. I appreciated the quick check-in kiosk, and the room was clean and comfortable. I liked that they were able to add a bed for our adult daughter so that three of us could pay for one room for a short night stay.

We left at 4AM and were glad that the hotel is a quick zip to the airport. We took a taxi. Good airport hotel and a great price.

Vomiting on the wall, decision spots on the board and general lack of cleaning of the rooms, that is what awaits at Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Airport.
We had booked a stay of 4 days in a room with a double bed, but before we went to rest we managed to have 3 different rooms.
First room: Dried vomiting and spots of stool on the wall around the toilet.
Second room: no double bed, the toilet is sticky and there is long hair on the floor.
Third Room: The Wc has stains of stool and generally sticky. As well as chemicals that run down the wall at the toilet (the hotel boss didn't think you could just wipe it off) The table fan in the room should be black but is rather gray of dust with waxing.
The upper bed hangs there several brown spindle tissues.

Worst of all is almost that when you pay attention to the defective cleaning you are told that this is a known problem at the hotel.

After the first night we went on a trip around Copenhagen where we through the travel agency got complained and they came back with that we would get a small refund and that the room would be completely cleaned when we got back at the hotel.

As we return 4 - 5 hours later the bathroom is still not cleaned the fan has got the dust dried a little around and spindle fabric was still there.
When we again grab the reception we are told that they can do nothing and we have to talk to the Hotel Chefen the next day.

We ended up interrupting our stay early as we could not get ruined more of our vacation on the frustrations over the hotel.

When we last day got the Hotel boss in the speech, he thought this should take place in the middle of the breakfast buffet, for us this tactic seems like an attempt to get us to bend off.
We offered Hotel Chefen that she could come up to the room to see what we described, but this she was not interested in.
Her reason for cleaning enough was under the standard was that the hotel had been fully covered for the last 2 months.
Such a high coating obviously means that cleaning is equally valid.

And yes we have documented everything in pictures as the hotel has been submitted.

Clean bright friendly hotel. 20 minute walk from Tårnby Train Station, where you can journey into Copenhagen Central, or in the other direction into the Airport or onwards to Malmö in Sweden. The breakfast was extra and was just a continental breakfast, no cooked bacon sausages etc, though they did have omelettes one day and pancakes another day and you can boil an egg. The room was just the right size and you could open a window, which had a security feature on it, to get fresh air. We enjoyed our time here.

Hotel excessively and unjustifiably expensive for location (very far from the center of Copenhagen) and services offered, with a low quality / price ratio. The first room assigned to us was practically unfinished in some of its masonry parts; at our request to change the room for dislike, the second assigned to us was, yes, completely finished but very small for a family with two boys (my children practically slept in a bunk bed wedged between a column and the wall). The breakfast we did not try because even this deemed excessively expensive for what was offered. The only appreciable positive service, the ample free parking. Absolutely not recommended for a visit to Copenhagen.

If you want an awesome sleep, this is the hotel for you. It is in a calm suburb, silence all around. It is a 30-minute walking distance from the airport, or a 5-minute taxi ride. Our room was minimalistic, very clean, and the beds are the best asset, very, very comfortable! If you get just one pillow, there’s a hamper below the suitcase rack with extra pillows and blankets, or just ask the housekeeper, ours was very kind. Special thanks to Danilo at the reception desk for a warm welcome and professionalism! He was super helpful, accommodated us in the room of our choice (we wanted to be on the upper floor), explained carefully how to get to the city center by public transport, and called a taxi for us when we were flying out (the hotel gets a taxi discount). Very nice experience in all.

Standing at Kastrup airport (our flight was in danger of being postponed until the next day, but it was instead 6 hours later) and booking a hotel room on a Danish website for DKR 1,390, but when I have to click on the button it says in English and the price has suddenly risen to DKR 2,194.54.

About two hours later I am at the hotel to cancel my order, which is no problem I am told and the money will be returned within 5 days.

But after our holiday I see that the money has not come back.

Calling customer service who says I have ordered via international booking system! and I have to contact them. And it is difficult. Find two foreign phone numbers, but neither of them work, but then find an e-mail support, which I write to 22 May. but here on the 5th of June I still haven't heard anything.

I am very disappointed to get no response at all...

First the location - this is in the vicinity of the airport but not at the airport. It is a long 40 min plus walk with your cases or a 190kr taxi ride.
Next is the room. This is designed as a trendy space with hidden almost non existent lighting which left the room dark. Walls are bare concrete. There is a bed a toilet and shower and not much else. This is minimalist.
We had 2 rooms. 1 had an aircon and a large window that looked onto an alley and wall.
The other had no aircon and the window light looked on to the street (and the street could look in.).
The 3 bed room had 2 beds and a mattress on the floor.
This hotel is very basic.

Stay if you are flying the next day but be aware that you need to factor in taxi costs.

Not close to the airport, unless you use the train. My taxi cost me nearly £40GBP. Soon learnt to use the train! The train station (Tårnby) is about a 20 minute easy flat walk away! Even did it with luggage on check out day. The trains can get you to Copenhagen central station very quickly and, in the opposite direction, straight to Copenhagen Airport and if you choose also directly to Malmö in Sweden. We got to Sweden in no time at all for Eurovision!! The hotel is very competitively priced and provides a clean room with comfy bed. We paid extra for breakfast. The breakfast wasn't great but it was fine for what we paid - limited, no great choice but what they did have was good. The staff are great, very friendly and speak English fluently. On out first night we walked five minutes to a local restaurant and had a fantastic meal. All in all I would recommend this place for it's quiet location and ease to Copenhagen central, as long as you use the train and can walk 20 minutes to the station!

Me and my gf arrived in the middle of the night and took a taxi - I don't think the bus service works late at night. The closest train station (Tårnby) is a 20 minutes walk from the hotel, at the very least.

What is the name of the metro stop near this hotel? Or bus #?
Answer from LiorM
Israel70 contributions2 helpful votes
As said above, the Metro will be at least 15-20 mins walk, but not a real problem. Also, the bus schedule was not convenient so we just walked to metro.

Hello. The best way is to take a taxi and the price should not be more than 130:- and you grab one outside the terminal. The fair of 110:- is from the hotel to the airport, not the way around. Welcome:)

How do you get to city centre? How long does it take? How late can you come back by public transport ?
Answer from Melinda A
Moraga, California13 contributions
Easiet way is to travel by taxi which the front desk can call for you. There is also a bus stop nearby and a train station which is about half a mile or 15-20 min walk away. That’s the cheapest way to go. You have to have a credit card or a debit card with a “pin” to use at the ticket machine at the train station.
