The manor was nice from outside and the dinning room and living room were stylish with ancient furniture. But i have been very disappointed by my room at the ground floor. The Greenhill Lodge is a beautifully restored building on gently rolling hills. We had heated bathroom floors, heated towel racks and heated mattress pad. Our room opened onto a patio with roses and other flowers. John Dick was attentive to every need. He is pleasant and informative. The food was very good.
