I stayed here for $149 - for the simple reason that the cheapest hotel in the city was $350 - on a Wednesday night in February!! Expectations were low but I was pleasantly surprised. All the features you need - Cable TV, Airconditioning, free and fast wifi. Bed was comfortable.

The room was large with a kitchenette. It was clean but a little old and worn. We were given warm muffins when we checked in. There are restaurants down the main street, but it is about a 30 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As with some of the other places I have stayed for work, this motel is quite dated decor wise but don't let that deter you. Perfectly clean, great service.... Amazing homemade complementary muffins. For me the most comfy bed I have slept in other that my own. Only mark off is for not having the full range of Sky channels...

Stayed here in 2011, it was not the best experience. Stayed again for a night over Labour weekend 2016 and have to say it was a great experience. The motel was immaculate, everything very clean and comfortable. The new owners have done a wonderful job of creating a nice place to stay. Would recommend this Motel to others and will...

We were offered wonderful homemade muffins upon arrival. We were also given a free upgrade to a larger apartment. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was easy to find and sufficient parking. Nothing more to ask for. Highly recommended

This is by far the best place we stayed in. The motel owner is so friendly and helpful. He really makes you feel at home and personally guides you to your room. The unit itself is amazing!! Spotlessly clean And beautifully decorated. The comfortable beds with electric blankets was a big bonus. We definitely recommend this motel to everyone.

Came to Auckland just for one night. Arrived late afternoon. Greeted by very pleasant man. Who showed us to our unit and showed us our car park. Also as a very pleasant surprise his wife had just made muffins which we were given 2. Very yummy. Units are alittle outdated but real cosy and spacious. Very clean. Good heating for...

The service at this motel is impeccable! Every single day when we left, they came and did the dishes, made all the beds, did our washing, replaced towels and even folded the toilet paper! For a motel, this definitely exceeded my expectations. For having a family unit, we were very well equipped but the only thing I would fault is...

Overnighted at Papakura Motor Lodge after flying in to Auckland. Welcoming owners. Room was comfortable, bed was great. The owner had turned the heating and electric blankets on for me as I arrived late, so I could jump into a warm bed. My room had a little kitchen which was perfect for throwing together some dinner and breakfast. In the...
