A weekend away in the wet season my sister booked this hotel.. and so glad we did .. yes it does need some tlc but the layout is fun, the rooms do need a make over and the locked screens in the room would make it so much better if unlocked , but the location is excellent .. the staff...

checked into the Croc on a tour of the area. Oh boy! Went to our allocated superior room only to find it with a broken door lock, smelling of mould and a few dead bugs littering the floor. The reallocated room was better but only marginally. Dinner time was right out of Fawlty Towers with the harassed waitress bringing up...

We stayed here one night to explore the area. As it was low season the hotel wasn't very busy which was great for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There had been a mistake with our booking and they were only expecting one person, not three, but it was no problem. Great art displayed on the walls. I...

I chose this hotel as the "superior" upgrade to my hotel on an overnight trip to Kakadu NP. I saw the recent reviews on here so I didn't expect much and I was right to. While a big plus is the shape of the hotel and there is mobile service, the "superior" feel stops there. I found my room to...

Stayed for one night and was met by a friendly and attentive receptionist. In fact all the staff are a credit to Mecure and Kakadu. Evening meal was fantastic as was the breakfast buffet. Only negative is that some money needs to be spent on a re-vamp or freshen up the rooms. Just a little past their sell by date....

I chose this hotel partly for location and partly for the crocodile shape which is just so unusual. The location is perfect for exploring the national park and has good facilities. Our room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming although there does not seem to be a concierge so there were often long queues due to...

This is a lovely place and am enjoying my visit, except for the lack of consistent Internet. I no longer watch TV so my chosen form of evening entertainment is the Internet. Great hotel located in the heart of Kakadu however I expected a cleaner bath room. The shape of the building is a huge crocodile and its eyes turns red in the night, very scary and interesting. The restaurant was decent with very amicable ladies.
