Beautiful boutique hotel in Tulum. Staff was one of the best I have encountered while travelling. Clemente, the owner of the restaurant, was attentive and greeted us with a cappuccino for breakfast and wine at dinner time. Fish tacos and salads were excellent and the ambiance at the restaurant was relaxing. The pool and furniture around the pool were stylish...

Jashita Hotel was lovely. Staff was amazing. Our room was comfortable and balcony was beautiful with little plunge pool. The food was fresh and delicious. It is modern and tasteful without being over the top. Just relaxing and unpretentious. No gym but did private yoga on the rooftop during our stay. Spa was very nice. A great get-a-way with my...

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We chose this resort for a girls getaway but left saying we are all bringing our husbands next year. The staff is amazing. They were so attentive to our group and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. They moved furniture around to fit our group, and...

We were hesitant to write this review because we did not want anyone to discover our hidden gem. We found Jashita by chance, after a poor experience at a rental house and luckily snagged the last three available rooms over a busy Christmas week. How lucky we were to have found Jashita Tulum. This trip was pure luxury. There is...

In a word...spectacular. The staff at Jashita are second to none. They believe strongly in great customer service and it shows. The meals are fabulous, the rooms well-appointed, and the grounds are impeccably kept in pristine condition. The shallow waters of Soliman Bay are great for kayaking and snorkelling, but a bit rocky for swimming. However, that's the only negative...

Do not select Jashita if you are people watching or partying. It is a bit of a hike (1.5 hours) from the Cancun airport. Request the resort shuttle and get a fair price and cordial, informative driver. I HIGHLY recommend the penthouse rooms. We are staying in the Cleopatra (!) with third floor gulf breezes, exclusive terrace with wading pool,...

My husband and I just got back from four of the most relaxing days at Jashita in Tulum. Everything was perfect. Tomasso and his team (Brenda, Carol, etc) were fantastic and so accomodating from the moment we got out of our car. We were greeted with a glass of wine which was so nice! The room was zen-like as was...

We had already booked a 2-bedroom apartment in Akumal. Had I known of Hotel Jashita, I would have preferred it. It is in a private setting on the beach, at the end of about a 1 kilometer dirt road. We discovered the hotel because we came to have lunch at the Sahara Cafe there. "Cafe" is an understatement. We were...

This past weekend I spent it with friends at Hotel Jashita and it was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun. Wether spending the day on the beach or at the room top pool, it was just what I was looking for. Being able to paddle board or kayak whenever I wanted allowed me to get in a little exercise...

The basic concept of the hotel is hard to beat. Spacious rooms facing a small beach area and a couple of swimming pools. Intimacy....at peak season the hotel was never crowded and the small number of rooms means that everyone from the restaurant to the dive concession gets to know your likes and dislikes. An excellent Italian run restaurant (the...
