This was the best vacation our family has ever had and it is mostly due to the amazing staff at Jashita. Brenda, the concierge, was an angel. Her inviting smile, when we arrived saturday night completely exhausted, was a breeze of fresh air and a promise of a great stay. Miguel, Jorge, Luis and all the restaurant waiters were super...

THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR MEXICAN ADVENTURE As a young couple we deliberated whether or not to book a five-night stay at Jashita during our two-week vacation on the Peninsula due to concerns regarding budget, in hindsight we would do it again in a heartbeat. After staying in an extremely basic, yet equally relaxing, Eco Cabana in Tulum we arrived at...

I have never actually written a review for anywhere before but I had to write how wonderful this hotel is! We had the most amazing time for a week here after flying down from Soho beach house in Miami. It was just perfect & so relaxing with such good food & very friendly people. I was 25 weeks pregnant at...

Jashita is perfect. The suites are gorgeous, comfortable and super clean. The staff is gracious, kind and friendly. The water is ice blue with fun activities available on the beach such as paddle boarding, snorkeling and boating. There's even a small floating dock you can swim to (or walk it's so shallow) further out in the bay for getting extra...

This is a perfect..PERFECT spot if you want to unplug and lay low on your beach vacation. The lagoon is very quiet and private. Great for swimming and snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, etc. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating and knowledgable. They were able to recommend restaurants, call taxis, book massages, etc. The breakfast included in the room...

Excellent hotel to start our honeymoon in March. Other reviewers have said everything already about the beautiful rooms and spacious bathrooms, ever-present but subtle staff, the location, the quiet... I also loved the different eating and bar areas, meaning you experienced a new angle at every meal. I loved that it was apparently a full house when we were there,...

We had our wedding at Jashita and in a word... it was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the owner helped accommodate our needs the setting was absolutely beautiful- they even offered us a free room upgrade as part of our "honeymoon." If you're looking for a getaway (or planning your own event) I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Jashita was everything we wanted in our vacation (i.e. no large crowds, no sub-par all-inclusive resort food/drinks, no loud people) and it was perfect. Accommodations are beautiful. (Huge king size bed, lots of space in the room, and a big shower with a waterfall type shower head) Service is impeccable. You couldn't ask for nicer staff. Food is delicious. Drinks...

Rest and relaxation. Rooms are well appointed, as is the entire hotel. The size is just right with just a handful of rooms. Nothing to remind you of the hustle and bustle of a major US city. No telephones or clocks in the room. The flat screen TV was perfect after a long day at the beach. The hotel beach...

I absolutely loved Jashita not only for its beautiful design (inside and out) but also for the tranquility that I felt there. My (twenty-something) daughter and I recently vacationed on the Yucatan coast and had a great stay at Jashita. Jashita is a beautiful serene spot away from the tourist traps of the Riviera Maya yet still close to historical...
