1: The Beach. The beach is better than most. It has a semi-circular coral-sand bar around it that breaks the waves. Even when the ocean is choppy, the beach is always calm. There is less of the sea-grass that plagues other Caribbean area beaches, and the sand stretches out into the ocean, so you can walk out on sand in calm...

My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort for 1 week the second week of February. Gorgeous beach and great snorkelling. We even walked to Las Terrenas (about 90 minutes along the beach). Room and resort were spotless, even washrooms which is not always the case in many resorts. We tried all 4 a la cartes which were great. Breakfast...

In retrospect - this was an amazing place to stay. My title is reflective of the couple of issues I had with our room - but as I never took the time to complain about it - I don't think I should squeak too loud. Our toilet seat cover wouldn't stay up, so it had to be physically held for...

I stayed for a week in mid January and was really pleased with my stay, The rooms were well maintained and clean. The resort was immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff was great. Very pleasant and helpful The food was very good at the buffet but I never got around to trying the a'la carte restaurants. I wish I...

We had a very nice room in a quiet location, short walk to everywhere. We have been to many Bahia Principe locations, this one is one of the smallest we have visited, but the comfort and quality is the same. The food was good, customer service excellent, the beach beautiful. There is lots to do there too.

40 of us travelled for my daughters wedding, we ranged in ages from 2 years to 89 and the wedding was magical (some bumps, but we are on island time). Apparently the resort was full, yet it never felt crowded. We were mostly all beach people, and the beach was one of the best. I've seen whiter sand, however the...

Reminded me of Benidorm After arriving to our resort we were immediately disappointed. Decor tired and old just like their clientele which would have been fine if it wasn't overbooked and crowded!!! With only one bar for the evening which was located near reception not even by the beach, I had no enthusiasm to go out after dark. Even if...

Beach was lovely - good length - you could walk for many miles, and it was clean - downfall - there were reefs that cut the waves, and coral clumps and vegetation prevented the whole beach area to have good run in swimming. If the water features (reef etc) had been to one side, swimming would have been much better....

This all inclusive is the best we have experienced to date. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, with clean rooms, excellent food, a breath taking beach, impeccable well kept grounds and a wonderful staff who can't do enough to make your stay a great one. It is a smaller resort, there is not much nightlife...
